I can assume that Roma will be the favorite in the final and will most likely take the title (if you can call winning the Conference League that way  Mourinho is used to fighting for titles much bigger than this one).

I wouldn't call Roma as obvious favorites, I would rate their chances 60/40 in the final. I don't any big advantages of Roma.
There is no need to lie - Mou career is going down, but winning Conference league is important for him to show that he is still capable to achieve something.

I would not say that Mourinho's career is on the decline, periods of temporary setbacks happen to everyone. After all, he is not a football player to say that he has lost his form and cannot perform at the proper level. I am sure that Mourinho's competence is with him.
I don't see the bookmakers' opinion on the final yet, but I think the odds will be more than 60/40 biased in Roma's favor. Most likely the odds of Roma winning will be in the region of 1.4-1.45.
