I could be wrong though. The number have accepted application is staggering.

I would rather not speculate on the reason my application hasn't been approved. theymos makes the final decision and that's it really.
Focus should be on those that got approved and how beneficial that will be for the various boards they are focused on.

Theymos works in a mysterious way. I also can't speculate why your application was not approved because from my point of view, you deserve it. But don't worry I know you will definitely be in the next batch, just be patient.

Yeah I feel so too, if you check majority of the members that there application got approved they all applied as a local board merit source but since Upgrade00 application was not base on a local board merit source that was why his application was not accepted my thought, however Theymos may have other reasons, how I wish there's a guideline that one most meet before being accepted as a merit source and the guidelines are well listed in the forum it would have helped us determine or know the reason of every application rejection.

Like OP, I don’t want to speculate why Theymos didn’t grant Upgrade00 merit source application, in my opinion OP will make a good merit source. Let’s keep our fingers crossed and see what happens in the next few days.
