The tool makes sense when you make trades, but I usually use an escrow so the problems are just the escrow's (looool)
among other things in certain community contexts I also offer myself as an escrow
I understand that it could be a low cost alternative system, since we do not "pay you" for the service, very useful tool therefore for sure
