Make a minimum number of 30 post each week in way to be elegible for payment
Are you encouraging spamming? Or do you not care as long as you are paid by your employer? 30 posts per week is far too many. This would only attract a slew of scumbag spammers.

Then how did you say that he doesn't care Sir? is it because of the 30 posts to do in a week? just here by giving an additional 25$ for 2 posters, For me, that shows consideration for a worthy quality poster. so there is a reason to ask the participants to adjust their posts, instead the BM help the participants to become a quality posters.
