It's been 28 hours now since you posted the acceptance list, and I'm sure they all might have seen this list, so if by any reason they still hasn't changed their signature and avatar, I guess it's simply because they all are comfortable with the campaign they are currently participating in, so for me, i will suggests giving them an extra 24hrs should be best before making your final decision. This is not particularly true. Some might have a few days to complete the week in their current campaigns, while some might be targeting the full money for the week on both old and new campaigns. Regardless, they should have communicated with Little Mouse within 24 hours.

It can also be. Here I see those who didn't apply the code and avatar after being accepted I think they won't work on this campaign anymore. I've seen people who haven't implemented codes and avatars yet join other campaigns like the SinbadMixer and Yo!mix campaign. If they worked here they would receive the code and avatar as soon as they were accepted into the campaign. Since this week starts on 9/9/2023 the little mouse sir should be given that much time. Then if they don't accept code and avatar then sir can take any decision.
