Actually, many casinos and crypto service providers do that.
I also don’t see how generating new addresses has anything to do with AML compliance and fraud prevention! It’s not like they will completely delete the old address after generating a new one. They can keep a record of all their users’ transactions and all the addresses they have used, and this won’t have a significant impact on the size of their databases espcially that they don’t need to do that with all the cryptocurrencies they support.
Any bitcoiner knows that addresses reuse is not recommended.

Just $30 to $40k which is a lot of luck I don't know who has such a big luck. There are casinos that change it for you automatically on every deposit or allow you to make the change manually.
