I think something is wrong with the missions in the earn page

I followed on X, i get the V check, but no tokens in my account so far. Anyone had that problem?

I can confirm this, it's exactly the same for me. I am redirected to X and can follow the Whale account there and the quest is then displayed as completed, but I cannot claim the Whale tokens. The claiming area above the quests also remains empty:



If you call up the page again, the quest is also reset and you would have to follow it again - which of course doesn't really work.

Why do they put a 4.5 Stars on TrustPilot (which is not clickable) and when you check it, it is actually 2.8?

As you can read on Trustpilot, 2 reviews with one star were added here in the last few days, which of course made Whale's overall rating worse. When reading through the reviews, however, you can see that these are standard complaints which Whale support responded to immediately.

But I agree with you that the Trustpilot icon should be clickable on the page. It's also technically very easy to implement if you simply add a link to it. Or remove it completly, no one trusts TrustPilot anymore.

And I also see that Whale.io responded to all the reviews. And that means they also aware that they are not doing well base on the reviews in the Trustpilot. Though Trustpilot is no longer a reliable source of good reviews. If people ger small issue with the casino, they will go there and make their negative reviews there. Like one of the review there, the guy made a withdrawal and it was pending and on the second days he went there and made an review. That is not the good use of the review apps and website. That is an abused of review. When such has happened, you have to communicate with the support team for sometimes and if there is no good responds from them then the person can proceed to the review sites and say what happened.

The Trustpilot is also manipulated by account farmers who post negative reviews to degrade reputation of sites like Whale.io and as of now there are limited reviews of the site on that platform when more people start reviewing Whale.io on Trust pilot then surely their ratings will get better on that platform as well.

the rating on trustpilot can change and you can manipulate it according to what you want. so it can't be used as a trusted platform to measure whether a platform is credible or not. that's why people don't pay that much attention to the widget, because as long as the service offered by whale.io is in accordance with what they want and they are comfortable with this platform, then it won't be a problem.

the rating on trustpilot can change and you can manipulate it according to what you want. so it can't be used as a trusted platform to measure whether a platform is credible or not. that's why people don't pay that much attention to the widget, because as long as the service offered by whale.io is in accordance with what they want and they are comfortable with this platform, then it won't be a problem.

Better for people to normalize stop put their 100% trust on what they can read on those sites since people could manipulate those reviews to attach certain platforms and casinos.

Maybe better for people if they know the casino has a thread in Bitcointalk just like what this casino did is to verify on how people approach also how the casino perform since from that for sure they would get some good ideas if Whale is good casino or not. They can also get a good feedbacks here since they could see that people posting here are real people and not those bots posting fake review on those mentioned site.

You respond quickly to users request on this forum, so i am sure you do so on other platforms too. I don't really like Truspilot because of how 'easy' people, as well as competitors too, can use it as a tool to attack other competing services.

That's a great quality from a reputed platform. Whale.io has been doing quite well on the forum and it's trying to respond to most users request. I would say it's a site that wants to improve it self by getting honest opinion of the members of the forum and that in my eyes is a remarkable quality of a platform.
