Glad to know you are doing your best to make the terms as clear and as short as possible. However, I believe it’s sill a bit too long. To make it shorter, you can create separate pages for the raffles a bonuses terms.

I had LTC deposit which haven't yet credited.

Did they credit your deposit? According to their terms, the deposit will be credited within 1 hour, and the withdrawal will take up to 24 hours to process. I'm wondering how long their withdrawal process will be while the system isn't crediting the deposit in a timely manner. Anyway, they have all the wrong information about deposits and withdrawals in their terms.

It seems they use coinpayments for processing the transaction which I didn't notice. So, I have initiated a deposit of 10 credits while I have sent a higher amount than the amount displayed in the deposit page for 10 credits. I got my extra amount as refund from coinspayment. However, I haven't yet contacted their support and haven't got the deposit yet. I will contact them once I'm in desktop, the site isn't mobile friendly.

@betflexi, why do you use coinpayments? You should implement your own system. Coinpayments isn't friendly transaction method in casino industry I think.

This comment just got my attention. We have other options for deposits and that is what most people use for making deposits. So, Coinpayment is just one of the options which you may choose not to use

You can not fake your ToS changes to gain reputation by faking transparency, because ToS rarely changes. I mean there are changes but they won't appear too often.
