Well you would have to hold that thought because it's not even long and the home team have equalized the game making it 1-1 and with the way the both teams are playing currently it's definitely looking like a draw because the game is really boring from the way they both playing. Manchester united don't really have a good record with Spanish teams because they tend to be losing always against them.

After seeing the performance of both teams in the first half, I thought that neither team would be able to score in this match. The match would end in a 0-0 draw. In the 57th minute of the second half of the match, Manchester United took the lead through Zirzkee's goal. However, Real Sociedad equalized the match in just 13 minutes. The match ended in a 1-1 draw. I would say that this was the expected result. Both Real Sociedad and Manchester United are almost equally strong. Fred is one of the best players but you just cannot lose at home so easily and so big. Rangers is in terrible form and they won really easily in an away game. I didn't like Fenerbahçe's game today, I expected much better from them. I think Mourinho didn't observe Rangers well enough. This score is embarrassing for them. Come second leg if Manchester United can put in same performance today with some players actually getting more better with their decision making I think Manchester United will get past them at old Trafford. I see where you're coming from, but I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss Real Sociedad. The first leg was a tight match, and while United has the bigger name, Sociedad have played extremely well in Europe this season. They don't mind taking the game to stronger sides, and United's inconsistency might well come back to haunt them.

Rangers may be out of form but they have good players. That's why every team has the potential to win in the Europa League. They were out of form on the way here, but they managed to win. They used the speed and skill of their players to get a good win. From our point of view, there was no Fred on the pitch to tidy up the defense. Fred was also directing the passing traffic but unfortunately there is no player to replace him.

I think the goal from Real Sociedad did affected their spirit especially considering it was an unfortunate one. Whereas that goal definitely would have motivated the  home team and their fans to continue cheering and possibly anticipate get another goals when they pressure the Manchester United team.

I would have said the second leg at Old Trafford would have been a huge advantage for Manchester United with the draw but United is just too inconsistent, I wonder if they can show a similar fighting spirit or more the second leg and do everything to salvage a win at home and move to the next stage.

Manchester United played quite well in this match, and they were able to score an early goal from Real Sociedad, although in the end the goal had to be replied to and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. Ruben Amorin's team failed to maintain their advantage, and the Man United defender did something quite careless which resulted in a violation and a penalty kick for Real Sociedad

but even so this is a pretty good result considering that many people are quite doubtful that Manchester United in this match can win or draw.

and for the next match I hope they can perform better, especially in the second match, which is a home match, at Old Trafford maybe they will appear stronger again, the second leg is a very crucial match because it will determine who will really qualify for the next round.

Tottenham must fight hard to win at AZ Alkmaar to make it easier for them when they host the second leg. In my opinion, the only obstacle that Tottenham will face is that AZ Alkmaar are quite strong and have not lost at home this season. They could spring a surprise like they did when they knocked out Galatasaray, but Postecoglou will have to push his side to perform above par if they are to keep their place in the first leg safe.

Tottenham really don't have a sharp attack right now, just imagine they were only able to make 1 shot on target throughout the 90++ minutes of the match even though they had 62% ball possession, I think Postecoglu should re-evaluate Tottenham's front line, so that in the second leg, they can turn things around.

Meanwhile, for the match between Lazio and Viktoria and Roma and Athletic Club, the final result was a draw. Luckily, I didn't bet on these two teams. In my opinion, Lazio and Roma's performances were very disappointing.

Tonights Ajax – Eintracht Frankfurt Europa League meeting is gonna be riveting. Ajax are focused on that attacking high possession style and they like to play quick passes and execute some creative maneuvers in order to take control of the game. A glance at the opposite end of the spectrum: Eintracht  is extremely disciplined

If Ajax can notch some early goals and break through Frankfurt’s organized defense, I think they will take hold of it. however, no doubt Frankfurt could get a few quick counter attacks breaks going and snag a goal or two. Neither of Ajax or Frankfurt have been favored in this game. I'm seeing this as a battle of consistency. I personally pick Eintracht instead of Ajax, and their defense is a key to win this away game.

I know you may be favoring Ajax coz they're always playing offensive, but come on bro, Eintracht's attack was not as bad as you said. They scored 14 goals, which was only 2 goals less than ajax during the qualifier. They're better in defence.

Talking about the odds, the gap is pretty small, though. Its's hard to know who's the winner so i pick my safe bet (BTTS). No matter what club is winning the game, all of them will score.

With Eintracht's defense, you're onto something; yet, let's not pretend they are a rock-solid wall here. 10 goals conceded in just 8 matches? It is not "better in defense". That is less horrible than Ajax. And they simply were destroyed by Leverkusen (4-1) and Bayern (4-0). That team lacks the ability to stop elite attacks

Now, the BTTS bet, yes, I am with you. Ajax back home? Goals are coming, no doubt. Frankfurt's "better defense" is still leaking, though, and I cannot see them maintaining a clean sheet against Brobbey and Bergwijn either

They actually dominated the match, they made many shot attempts. But they have too bad accuracy, they missed too many chances to score goals. They have 23 total shots, 7 shots on target. It is just too bad that they scored 1 goal only. Meanwhile Rangers scored 3 goals although they only made 8 total shots attempts. The problem is in the accuracy of Fenerbahçe players, Mourinho give an extra training to improve their accuracy for the next match.
