Even though they know that they are abuser and are trying to get some extra benefit by abusing the service, they will still come up with multiple accusations. I haven’t gone into the details of the site but your domain name is kinda weird - I know I’ve seen a different site named “crypto bet.com” and yours is “cryptopbet.com” with just “p” differentiating both sites.

Don’t you think that this will be an issue in the future? Because most/some of your customers might mistake your site and exclude the “p” which will redirect them to a different site entirely. It would have been better if the difference was a bit much clear so that people will be able to distinguish between both sites (asides the using the UI).

You have a point but I believe the OP would have carefully considered this and decided that the gain is more than the risks.

This website is just starting and if it could beat the existing market with a similar name in the future, it's not difficult to change the name if it becomes problematic. But for now, the website is looking for the market and this name is not so bad to achieve that if you think it through. So long as the name is not the same as any existing ones, the little similarity could also work in its favour.

You can see that the domain name has Crypto+Bet, while the P is the only odd letter there, and since Crypto and Bet are popular, they are very good advantages when people search for such words online, this is smart to me. Don't you also think that the already established cryptobet.com could be at a disadvantage in favour of this one? What you cited as the possible OP's website's future issue is currently the issue of cryptobet.com in my view as many might have mistaken cryptopbet.com for it.

Thanks to your answer, I'm just concern though on how you gonna store those data as we have heard horror stories of some KYC documents leaking out in the black market and so we don't want that to happen here.

Not my idea, just a suggestion based off what I see in other casinos. It's a big positive that the team considers feedback from here.
I really like the touch that they stop moving when the cursor hovers above it, allowing anyone to check out any bet they want to. I however do not like that the multiplier is shown in red, a neutral colour like blue or yellow may be a better option.

Welcome to the community and I must commend you for one thing I have observed and that would be the consistent reply to all the messages and conversation here that have been discussed, I mean it's nice and it show the seriousness of you creating a positive view to your advertisement of your casino service. I have answered same question, we request KYC only if we see unusual actions for fraud, or if win is more than 30000$. We are working to write all of these.

Its load perfectly on chrome browser, but it takes a bit of loading time which is a bit annoying. I haven't played there yet but the interface is decent and appealing. I do not see any sports betting on the site. Does it offer betting ? (although when we look at domain name it suggests it would be a betting site).

Why your team preferred Costa Rican gambling license without trying the Curacao? I know that Curacao has made some changes in their license registration requirements. I'm just curious to know why casinos are moving to other gambling license instead of Curacao.

Maybe restriction always goes with unusual activities since if there's frequent transfer of huge funds in their casino then provably that this will be subject for investigation.

But if usual tipping happens like the transaction happen for one time or on rare occasions then provably that they won't restrict the user account since this is normal thing happened on a gambling site.

Some users are sometimes generous and willing to tip other users to their casino account with account-to-account transfers - so if this feature is enabled then they can definitely save more fees. In other cases - fellow Binance users can transfer funds without fees via email or user ID, if this is adopted and not restricted, then it will certainly be a great feature.

Instead - to enable this feature, both users must pass KYC. This requirement is intended to prevent abuse - but I do not insist on this feature being there. All decisions are up to the owners - this is just a idea that I thought was interesting.

Curacao is unstable today, so we decided on a cheaper version. We believe that a successful casino is defined only by withdrawals.
About UI we kind of like the simplicity of it, but it could definitely look better.

Look at the above message, it's what appears when I quoted your message, I went on to edited out all the parts I included in ("") and was left with just your message above.

Doing this your texts look neater and is easily readable. After trying it out a few times, you'll get used to it.
