You can't move your account from old platform to the new one. You will need to create your account again on the new platform and then withdraw any funds you have in the old platform to the new one.

You can use the same email address and username that you had in the old platform when creating your account in the new platform.

I was a bit confused myself when I was trying to use my old credentials to sign in into the new platform until I found out the promotional email in my Gmail that had these instructions and then I created my account again on the new platform with the same email address and username. But now that the new website is live I still get a popup that I cannot access the website from Germany, and in the Terms Germany is still listed as forbidden country. What is up with that?

So sad to here about your country restrictions from monkeyTilt casino, this is a big issue at the moment because many of those countries that were previously ban from accessing this casino have also apeard in the list in this new platform, although I did not read any where that the team promises to get some country like your's out of the list of restricted countries.

But if it not regulatory policies from your country authority, if is left for the casino I think new market is what their interest is all about at this moment and all should be focused towards making more countries accessible to increase their traffics.

What is the link  you used to create an account?, Is it monkeytilt.com?. Not that it matters since I am only testing it and has no plan to deposit same as you.
