If they have a business that to serve their customers and with time they don't care about customers, don't provide good customer support, they will lose their customers with time.

No people want to join a casino that does not have customer support, or bad customer support, because when issues occur they will have no way to complain for basic support flow or support escalation flow. Both customer support flows are necessary in all companies because during basic customer support, there will be missing cases or mishandled cases that need to be reported and escalated for further checks in escalation flow.

If any business don't have or have bad customer support, their business future is never good.

A user trying a new website should look for some review first about that particular casino to see if it's good playing there. A platform that has a poor customer support already seems fishy to me already.

Well, it is known already, but I don't want to name them all. The BC game is already known for their shitty support system. They take more than two weeks to reply to a single email, and their live support always copy-paste generic replies, which are pre-generated. Also, I played at Crashino about a year ago, and their support is too bad as well. Their withdrawals delays and the support cannot give you any estimate when your withdrawal will be released. There are a couple more but I did not encountered problem personally. So, I don't want to judge them based on others opinion.

You are right sometime ago their support was very slow in responding to messages but it seems they upgraded a lot from that do to the competition and the afraid of losing users because the last time i use their platform was early this year and their live support answered very fast to the question i asked, though that was just one time question and I have not try them again but hopefully I think they have really improved.

Well hopefully you did not just get lucky and caught them at a right time. If they really did take their customers' complaints and used them to improve their services then that would be good and in fact could drive more customers in to their platform since people always want platforms that listen to them and could improve their experiences easily. I really hope they have improved their support system now. But responding to your messages and solving the problems are different things. In most cases, they answer you quickly when you contact them to ask for some kind of information. But when it comes to solving problems like releasing your withdrawals or assisting you with KYC verification or other kinds of issues, they just copy and paste generic answers that are pre-generated on their support software. So, that is the main problem of BC game support. I hope they will fix those problems and hire more support members.

If you feel your account has been limited unjustly, then move on to the next sportsbook instead of complaining. There are so many choices out there. There is probably a reason they limited your account. Chances are high you will get limited somewhere else as well, especially if the other sportsbook is using the same provider.

We can't actually list the total numbers of casino who's customer service are really bad at the job. But then I guess over time they do improve out of complains here on their forum threads. And one of the easiest way to reach their customers support faster is through the forum. So if you have complaints that's left unanswered just raise a concern on their thread. I had some issues with my BC game account some time this year, but then all I did was to request through the help of their first campaign manager here on the forum and my issue was resolved in a short time.

We can't actually list the total numbers of casino who's customer service are really bad at the job.
You even can not know whether their customer support services are good or bad with many online casinos. You must be a professional and active gamblers to check all online casinos and have your own experience before you can mark their customer support service.

If you have to come to the forum to complain about something, it proves that their support was not helpful enough. Otherwise, you wouldn't come to the forum to ask for help. Yes, if you can reach the right person like the campaign manager or someone like holy, then you may get quick response from them and they may fasten the progress and solve your problem quickly.
Luckily there are casino review websites but make sure you are careful with their reviews that can be biases by sponsored money.

In this forum luckily we have a thread for this but perhaps it does not have all necessary information on all casinos.

Well, it is known already, but I don't want to name them all. The BC game is already known for their shitty support system. They take more than two weeks to reply to a single email, and their live support always copy-paste generic replies, which are pre-generated.
We can't actually list the total numbers of casino who's customer service are really bad at the job. But then I guess over time they do improve out of complains here on their forum threads. And one of the easiest way to reach their customers support faster is through the forum. So if you have complaints that's left unanswered just raise a concern on their thread. I had some issues with my BC game account some time this year, but then all I did was to request through the help of their first campaign manager here on the forum and my issue was resolved in a short time.

Yeah true, I think bc.game is a perfect example showing how casino can actually really work on their flaws and also making massive improvement because hatchy not just you but like you many others including myself had some issues and the situation was handled with a little complaint to the right source and I think I know of a couple more casino including monkeytilt which also handled their customer service with a lot more professionalism.

And again some of the reports from customer sometimes are actually not valid in points of them actually being the cause by actually violating some kind of TOS.

If you look at most of those cases, you will realize that it is the failure of the casino support, and the scam accusation wouldn't be there if they were able to assist the player correctly. The casino support is not friendly enough. They are always in a rush due to their workload. It was recommended multiple times to increase the support team size, but I am not sure if BC game heard any of them.

Most of the scam accusations came to this forum because the support was not helpful enough, and they could not resolve the issue. I believe every victim contact the support first before they come to this forum.

Good question. The same question was asked by user Bencodie on the reputation board, and a thread was created. But I don't want to get involved in those heavyweight fights. I also believe that only a small percentage of users come to this forum when they have problems with casinos, and they make complaints here. Sometimes they get lucky, and users like Holydarkness help them.

But yeah, I do believe that a large number of casino players don't even know anything about this forum, and they end up getting scammed. Some of them may be able to solve their issues after months of trying to get them solved. Because the BC game takes months to reply to emails.
