Forgot to mention...there is also an inner core made of plastic I will be using...The private water proof key is inside this core plastic and wrapped around it will be aluminum foil as well. This procedure will be for any future BITCOIN PILLS that will be made.

The more reason why it shouldn’t have anything to do with you having to swallow the pill, plastic isn’t biodegradable and could stay a longer time in existence depending on what polymer it’s made up of, coupled with Aluminum which comes with some toxicity but, it all depends on level of exposure though. Haven’t been the very best in wrapping good items slept alone, swallowing. Surely, wouldn’t have any effect on the private key rather than a long time storage and uncompromised nature of the design, given the  layers of coating on it, plastic core, water proof coating, an aluminum layer some gel and whatever material Krogothmanhattan would be using to make this pill.

  I used the inner core to make the insertion of the private key and then the aluminum wrap look neater from the outside. The aluminum is hopefully to prevent any XRAYS from showing the private keys. I do that to all my non metal loaded items.

This just shows how carefully planned the whole idea to the pill have come. The security details that is been put in place. This is from experience for sure, haven’t done over 590 of these raffles in collectibles.

I’m surprised though that individuals could go to such lengths as X-ray to review private keys but, when something as valuable as Bitcoin has come to be, why not maybe.

Most definitely, you never can know and it’s absolutely the right idea about these collectibles. If collectors eventually follow it up with the idea of having to hold these collections through the years, the value wouldn’t only reside in the loaded unclaimed coins alone but, span through the years it’s been held as a rarity.
Hence, taking these steps to ensure protection of keys all serves the Bitcoin idea good, with regards to privacy and security as well.

I received a blister of 10 and a single one.  No questions by Italian customs.
They can't confiscate without a valid reason (also there is nothing that can seem illegal - no organic substance and there are tons of products that cross borders daily).
Before proceed with any action they will ask details - likewise "what is it" "what is used for" etc but once they receive details (this is a gift-gadget) thats all.
