I don`t want this to get into a discussion but for what it`s worth, I feel that there are users who should be eligible even without meeting the merit requirement - the ones who posted in this thread seem to be serious users in the collectibles space, which is why I am now going to edit OP and open up this raffle for everyone (as long as we aren`t talking about spammers/abusers).
