You’re right and there’s tons of them buying on the news despite the price is already overbought. Anything that is promoted by Trump is now an easy pump from these users that doesn’t wisely.

We already saw this behavior before from Elon which is Trump current buddy. So I’m sure there will be a lot of market hype on crypto as long as they still profit from it.

If they just didn't ride on the hype created by those news then provably that they would never get any problem with manipulation. That's why if they can't afford to lose their money better buy Bitcoin and hold it. But if they want to test their self dealing with those supposed to be good developments presented with influential people on earth then its up to them if they ride with what these man says.

They should not let their selves manipulated and buy or invest base on what they understand so that they won't get FOMO then lose their money for unwanted situations. Believe me with the reaction I have gotten just yesterday about people calling me on phone saying they want to buy some altcoins is just surprising because thats how many crypto enthusiast end up making mistake because the sweet story get stuck on their head and they forget all about the risk management involved in holding altcoins even Bitcoin if you have the wrong approach of getting millions just overnight of buying because that's how most people are currently thinking.

How to spot the right token to buy is challenge for me and I don't even want to risk my money to buy because of FOMO, from the video I watched on YouTube, there are some steps taken to identify coins with potential but with the popularity of scam project, it has become uneasy to spot the good coins, so the risk of altcoin investment is high, I can buy because of fomo and lose my little capital.
