I'm happy to repeat the following exercise for wolfbet's accounts on Tron, Ethereum and Optimism as well but i'm not going to spend more time on this.

Can you tell us the exact time when the issue has occurred there? It will be easy for us (forum members) to do the checks. Also do further checks of the other hot wallet address of WolfBet and verify whether there was any outgoing USDT transaction when they showed you the "wallet maintenance message". The address is showing all the incoming and outgoing transaction of different crypto on the Binance-Peg network. You have to check the history of 'USDT or BSC-USD' outgoing transaction only, because

because the fact is, wolfbet didn't "prevent" you from cashing out, they had a USDT network maintenance and it was not just for you, all their users were affected by this. so how was this targeted at you?

Wolfbet doesnt immediately process any withdrawals, they get queued locally and then manually approved.
There was no network maintenance, the USDT network doesnt even come into play until they approve a transaction.

All of those transactions would be outgoing, as users have their own individual deposit addresses.

If anyone else wants to figure out the relevant addresses for other networks to check, please do.

Bscscan.com provides the means to export entire histories in CSV format (which I did).

Running this through a python program to check the gaps in timestamp:

umm.... i'm sorry, but what does this prove exactly?
because as @Mahdirakib said, this include all the other tokens on BSC and not just USDT.

i did export all the transactions from 2025-03-04 until 2025-03-05 and excluded all the transactions except outgoing BSC-USD transactions, and there has definitely been more than 2 hour gaps in withdrawals within that date range.

Binance Smart Chain operates just like Ethereum and we can see other currencies incoming and outgoing.
Shall we contact the USDT token people and ask if they were aware of any maintenance period too?  

Additionally, i've noticed that there simply isnt enough USDT in the wallet - for quite some time now.

My friend informed me earlier in the week, that he had been advised to use L2 Optimism USDC as there was not enough USDT on hand.

you do realize that deposit and withdrawal systems work separately? the only thing linking them is the hot wallet, so that does not prove there was no maintenance.
and i feel like you are misunderstanding something here, the "network maintenance" wasn't for the USDT network, the maintenance was only for wolfbet USDT withdrawal system/payment service provider or whatever they use to manage USDT payments.

You can try again after 1-2 hrs so that the player can calmly wait instead of panicking. Declining cashout without any relevant message is straight-up wrong.
You can blame the player for losing his balance and not practicing patience, but honestly, the casino in question can not escape from scrutiny. I mean, if this simple tactic can save so much money if repeated hundreds of times (hypothetically) there has to be some accountability.

Uhh, I'm confused... well, I think you're actually the one that got confused. The situation happened because wolfbet's network maintenance, not because their hot wallet is empty. Unless I understand things wrongly? Why and how do the topic about hot wallet being empty and is against Anjouan's law being brought to the equation?

Which... they'll quite likely top-up the second they were notified there is an attempt to withdraw fund which amount is insufficient in their hot wallet? let me answer this for him, since he is avoiding it.

there was a 5:06:27 hours gab between his widthraw and the one before it.
so his claim that there has never been more than a two hour gap in withdrawals is just false. and looking at the big time gabs around that time, it's justifiable to think that there was indeed a maintenance, and that this wasn't targeted at him as he claim it it.

i don't want to be harsh, but it's clear to me that he is just pissed that instead of waiting, he gambled and lost, and is now blaming the casino instead of taking personal responsibility.
