Already living a low self esteem can lead to break down of ones energy after a time having a goal to achieve then at some other point you begin to feel discourage that may scare you off chasing the dream because you think you can not do it as thought.
For one to be a conquerer then you must be positively minded and courageous that your best input at every contest will always be your ticket to obtain you that you have been working after of.

There are a lot of skilled workers that actually limit themselves simply because, they didn’t go through any formal education or school of learning and aren’t paid much for what they know. They forget to understand that the secret to getting more from your skill isn’t just about the quality work you do but, how you package or present it to the public. Even that in itself is a skill that should be learnt to get the most out of your craft.

One thing about life is that people would always rate you how you present things to the public but not everyone knows about it that is why some people struggles with their business. When it comes to skills, businesses packaging is the most important thing.

 It is just only feel person that are more interested of the quality of skill and not about packaging of what have been showcased to them. Getting the kind of good credit you deserve from you skill,  it isn't about the degree you have been able to attain but how much you have been able to improve yourself, improvement by gaining self education will reflect on your skill but when people fails to get self education and also to improve it normally affects the business.

I remembered a furniture friend of mine who has multiple businesses that worths millions of naira being my local currency, this guy will always go to his work site dressed so good and presentable with his White clothes without undermining he is in the field where he might get dirty of himself while at work but he had always made it a hobby and whenever he is done with his work, he make sure he clean the area and keep every single materials orderly.
So he had been know to be cleanness workman who takes his skillful profession so serious and people had loved him for how he offers his services with how he presents himself.

Or thinking you are not worthy to getting that contract, job or freedom to enjoy whatever you do daily is not reasonable mostly as a hard worker.

A mindset of not being enough is a mindset that will be limited in thinking and creating images in their head of how far they want to go with the skill they have. If you think the skill, you have will not be enough to get you a comfortable life at least, then you have limited your thinking on ways to make more money with the skill you have. If you think big with your skills, there is no limit to what you can achieve. This is to say that mindset plays a huge role on the success of a skill.

Yes, with our mindset we can change the economy, but it must be remembered that without hard work it will not produce results. Indeed, a limited mindset can prevent someone from advancing or seeing the potential of their own abilities from the skills they have. With this we must continue to learn or hone our own abilities in facing the future that continues to develop. By having a strong mindset, it can encourage someone to take calculated risks, seek new opportunities, and not be afraid to fail. Well said OP. I have learnt from several lessons from what you said in your topic. And if you bring it down to our everyday lives i can relate that self doubt, low self esteem, and unbeliever as well as several attitude that make us feel we are not qualify for the job/role. While there are people who dont have the required level of skill we have but they are doing better in that field. Another thing is to self investment, no matter the skill we have if we do not invest in things that will make us be outstanding we may not get a good job.

That is true, in the long term basis, people will look for better quality as they want to pay on something worth their money. At the start, people may try the cheaper one but later on, they will realize that they will waste more money on the low quality product as compared to better quality product, which can last longer. It means, the business may not survive if you are always offering a low quality product or service. Try to improve what you are offering and they may stay.

You have said it all but there is a place of limit where everyone can become an entrepreneur. In a year, whenever new entrepreneurs plan to do something and get started, almost all do fail and you know why? As someone who is doing freelance work, based on my skill and talents, I have to say it is not really confidence boosting at all times. There are always moments where you will doubt yourself, there will always be times when you think you do not deserve the job, and that is usually what kills your growth as well.

Could I have been making more money if life took another turn and I trusted myself and my talents more? Depends, if I am more talented than I assumed, then yeah I would have been richer, but what if I am not? What if I am talentless? What if I am beyond lucky to have the job I already have? If they could look more professional, like some multi-million company, they could make more money but they weren't raised that way. Lets take a mechanic for example, they didn't even go to high school, or dropped out, and started working at a very young age, now they are amazing at their work, they can fix any car, any problem, they are that good.

But, how are they going to present themselves? Nobody showed them to be more professional, nobody showed them how the business world works, they are not waiters that needs to please you to get a tip, they are just mechanics, so they just look rough and rugged, and do their business and charge you money and make you leave, that's all they care about. Every handyman needs to end up taking some classes eventually, to get to next stage.

If it is only skilled, why not? But it is a different story anymore for well-skilled. They are not the same as being mediocre too, as the word mediocre only means moderate.

But what if we are only a starter? We are not yet very good at what we do, which is only fine I believe. And if ever we can't attain a perfection no matter how much we try, what can we do more about it? I guess there is nothing left and we can only tire our selves in the process. If we are doing great already, then that must be enough.

Most artisans I have met aren't that local as people think and it's not entirely about how they were raised, but the funding available to them at they time. It takes lots of money to actualize these packaging and branding that positions businesses for heavy returns.

Another thing is your client base, if your client base are people that cannot afford the heavy bills that would come with such integration, you'd better maintained the standard there, then move to a new location to extend your branch with a more modern facility and transition your business gently into the new one,  else you might lose your clients base if you transition in a hurry and you go hungry.

Because the truth is, we still have a lot of things that we don't know. We can learn from other people as we navigate this life. Don't take it personally if someone suggests something. Be open as it may be a constructive criticism that will help you improve your situation. Anyway, it is up to you if you will implement it or not. On this note, it is on your hands to gauge if it will be beneficial to the improvement of your life or not. Some people are egoistic, hence, they feel offended if someone is giving their opinions. Just overworking and getting better isn't the issue. I can still see plenty of them not care about social media, and they have no reason why not. If you focus on social media and get a great following base, then you will end up with a great return, it should be something that could benefit you a ton, but that doesn't mean we are going to make a killing from sales overnight.

If you have some good social media presence then you would be able to get a great profit out of this. I can see how people could make a big return from just being average, or decent, and make a lot of money because they have a great social media follower base. If you are working, and mainly work with your own talents, always make sure you have a good social media account that is active.

Sometimes, what causes low self-esteem is being attached to the social media hype, forgetting that what people display on there is just a few seconds of their real life. You might actually be doing way better than them. Everything in life starts in the mind; it’s the most powerful place. As the saying goes, 'As a man thinketh in his heart, so he is.' I try to be careful about this in my day-to-day struggles while constantly reminding myself that Rome wasn’t built in a day.
