Yeah very bad behavior to me but what matters is that I was able to know that it was scam attempts and I wasn't carried away by their offer. One thing I like about this forum is that it has opened our eyes to know how scammers operate or how they do initiate scam attempts and if you are that smart enough you would be able to sight it out that is a scam attempts, so decided to share here for people to be aware of what is going on in the country so that none of us would fall victim of this scam.

I am still wondering why people are falling for such scams, because there is no how federal government will contact through an unknown person to give you any support where they have federal government bodies that are in charge of all these.

I have received series of messages from same scammers, and I think they use the same name like the one from the screenshot. Quite a dirty strategy is you ask me. Of course, so many Nigerians will fall for it due to the level of hardship, and the will to do anything just for survival (which you can't blame them), but from a general sense,  it is greed, because most of them knows what exactly the whole thing is(i.e scam).

And the frustrating part is that, we don't find our financial crimes commission coming after these people. They don't get intelligence when it comes to crimes like these, but they make attempts to break into some residence even without intelligence or arrest warrants.

I encountered similar scam situation last month, I was having my hair cut when I received a call saying that I was among those qualitified for a particular investment by some real estate agency, they promised I'll never regret doing business with them, whereas I never applied for any business or contacted any real estate agency, I was asked to drop my details with the person after the call they cone to a certain location at Akwaibom state, I told him I don't reside their and he was like they'll reschedule a meeting at another location in my state, I just laughed and ended the call, people need to be careful with these scammers they'll mention figures or things that would attract you to be victims asides that organs harvests and kidnappers use such strategies to get people too so let's all be extremely careful.

That is the bad one because setting a meeting and giving you a location to come meet them is highly risky because you wouldn't know what they had in mind for you to come meet them over there, and the worst part is that they asked me to send account number to someone else that is that person who would assist me, that i shouldn't disclose anything external body's. I must testify on this because talking about 419 people in this country, this Banks listed above is the easiest banks those 419 normally used, i don't know why those banks will all there banks to be used for frauding, the one that happened to me they used fcmb, can believe that my account was empty for within 5 minutes and when i went inside bank they told me that, there is nothing they can do on how trace how my account was empty, and from that till now i have send money into that account.

The only set of people that's very vulnerable to this are old folks since they believe easily these text messages. I happened to catch an older colleague in the office where I went to bid for a contact talking to them on the phone and stopped him on time before he could release any financial details.

Every scam update dey active and never old but e dey pay depending on the victims category of living, e get some people wey be say them no like politics matter at all, to the point wey3be say, if them receive such message, them dey comot am asap.

The same goes to people of similar attitudes to something different like airdrop, some pop up message can come up to get engaged in some airdrop, during the process you'll be asked to deposit a little to withdraw all your airdrop funds, some category of people will fall victim to this while some people won't even care to follow up.
