Do you really accept every countries except Costa Rica? this is really rare because most countries didn't want to accept players from US and it's territories, EU and sanctioned countries by US.

I tried the VIP transfer program by filling the form more than 15 hours ago but still no response from them.

I just checked and can confirm that their system allows you to change your username only once. After changing it, the edit button will disappear.

They are new here and they have a lot of time to show us their platform and its available service and products. If their platform has issues and they got contribution from community, they need to improve their platform as mosf as possible.

Overall this casino is running very well, but at least 2-3 slot games that I want to play do not load properly in the edge browser so I replaced it with firefox and in this browser it can load perfectly. To my surprise, that I can buy crypto here using a digital wallet using my local fiat to make a deposit.

Username can be changed at the point of sign up. If you signed up with a random username (or any other username) you can change it once from the profile section
