interesting. I'm also in EU (Italian neighbour), but my order was covered including dhl shipment - even some cent left. there was no insurance option with my purchase.

i could choose between having insurance or no insurance for the package. i then opted for the insurance-free option. my coins should arrive on this thursday

I believe the Green app was just suggested as a sweep mechanism.  The only stipulation for the payment wallet was that it be self-custody & not exchange.  Maybe I'm wrong, but you shouldn't have been short on payment amount.

I received funds in Greenaddress... just tried to follow exactly what they suggested in instructions for a "standard" test.
I have seen that I was short just on DHL insurance... Another user confirmed the same in private - including 5 USD left at the end of this stage.  

@haloxon yes there was this option around 15USD more... I have no idea why it was/wasn't appearing...

I have seen their email today for "details on consignment- fiscal code confiration" but no fees posted there
Italy is the country in EU with the highest fiscal pression. I am surprised they are not asking money even here...

Is that not a bit under-whelming?

I mean all those blanks are doing is displaying a physical size and FWIW texture.

I was expecting some sort of design idea and hologram idea to get everyones
feedback on the physical item and the looks and feel in physical form rather than
something conceptual in a series of images...

I'm trying to figure out why there had to be a test purchase in order to get these?
surely I'm missing something....

I think they are maybe more testing the loading/redemption process but that should be a pretty straight forward process. and if there is no holo to cover the code/key/qr - then how do you redeem?

mine will arrive later today.

I am pretty sure they are mainly testing the shipping, customs, excise/duties, insurance pathways to identify pinch points in the delivery chain; testing the product itself is secondary

"Error !  The requested path is currently inaccessible. Please try again later."

Tried it now for several times during the last 4 hours ...

I suggest that you contact satori coin support, their e-mail is available in e-mails you received.

They are really helpful, they helped me when I encountered problems with ordering.

I'd avoid contacting them on forum as I'm not sure how active they are here.

Mine were delivered today too and I got the prompt email to load but then also got the error message .... I left it til this evening (approx 7 hours) tried again and it all worked as intended ....maybe a bit of a lag between delivery is registered and the link operating

loading and redeeming the two chi chips worked for me immediately!
after i filled out the feedback form (which is necessary to get the real chi chips later), i received a refund of the customs fees a few hours later - these were sent to my given address converted into BTC
the test phase for the gi chip is due to start tomorrow... will we then receive the 0.001BTC again to process the order?

and one more thing... yesterday it was announced that Satori will have its own booth at BTC Prague. i think it will present its new and final chi/gi satori chips there

edit: today 0.0015BTC was transferred to my address - seems that the gi chips will be a bit more expensive than the chi model

unfortunately you do not get the same serial numbers - that's poor - with just 40 testing persons (according to their mails) it should be easy to manage to stick the Gi-coin serials to respective satoricoin-account with the Chi-coin serials ...

i think that's a real shame too
do you know why this time 0.0015BTC instead of 0.001BTC was sent to our wallets?
because the gi order (just like the chi order) was also almost $80 - so 0.001BTC would have been enough...

I don't know if this is allowed in this phase of testing ( @satoricoin please provide your feedback) or even, if this is logistic possible (we can use of course an escrow).
Once I will receive my second shipment (GI coin) and after completing redeem and phase test, I am availble to exchange my coins to have matching pairs - serial numbers:
Available serial numbers: GI 37 and 38 ... CHI 32 and 33

Interesting news (at least to me ) ... this new token GI seems to contain something "more" of the first version of CHI coin.
And there is also an hologram sticker on the packet
 
A couple of questions: As someone already received it? What have you paid as custom fees in your Country?
