But 30 days seems too little in my opinion. Since you mentioned telegram, there is a feature in there where you can specify the time limits. Like 1 months, 3 months, or 6 months of inactivity. This way there wouldn't be accidental deletion. For example what if I forgot about the purge limit and didn't logged in for 31 days! A custom or an increased limit should be kept!

Btw, what happens if a user become inactive for 30days but didn't withdrew his winnings? Lets say, he ends up in a situation where he were unable to log in, such as accident). What happens to his balance?

To be honest, not everyone would agree with me saying about increasing the time limits. It was just my personal suggestion to you guys. I do see the min deposit, but the min wd and max win cannot be seen without a balance. This really confused me when I saw the box that said "Enter or paste your Private key here". I thought I had to log in with my Bitcoin private key here. Later, after reading other posts in this thread, I realized that I didn't have to put the private key here, but rather generate a new private key or something like this. Fortunately, I didn't paste my Bitcoin key here. It's really confusing for newbies.

Reduction of KYC is really appreciated but I don't know why this service seems like a different kind of mixing service to me.

I like the concept of the game running purely on Bitcoin and not requiring any form of identity verification or any personal details at all. I will suggest that rather than private keys, you can use recovery phrase. A private key usually requires the user to copy it on the device they're on and is difficult to back up any other way that's not electronic. A recovery or seed phrase is easier to write down.

I didn't see a live support option, how are inquiries handled? It's mentioned also in the site that inactive accounts are purged, do you have access to the wallet details too, or the user can withdraw them whenever they want using the private keys provided?

I have not visited the site to read any thing or information regarding this but let me get something straight.
If the casino requires no person details of the player, like not even an email address and password as a means of way to login, then I assume this is a decentralized casino where the user only connects a wallet and from his or her connected wallet, he or she can gamble using the fund or bitcoin in the wallet, so, this way, funds only leave the user's wallet to the casinos game wallet only on the user's authorization, and incase of a win, the won money is immediately sent to the wallet the user connected to the casino, this is decentralization and anything other than this is centralization.

If the casino has a means of purging inactive accounts on the casino, then I am assuming the casino is a centralized casino and I don't see how it makes any sense for them to purge an account that contains funds in it except on account where they are sure that the owner of the account may be dead or something.
