I have a question, on your website, it is mentioned that you can withdraw without doing any KYC, but on your Terms and Conditions, it is mentioned that you can only withdraw if the account is KYC verified. So, which is it? I think this needs to be clarified quickly since people will be thinking that your casino is "NO KYC" because of how it is advertised, but your Terms and Conditions say otherwise.

9.1 You are allowed to withdraw monetary funds accumulated on Your Account, including Your deposits and winnings, to Your external account only if: a) You are a verified User, meaning that You have verified your email address and/or the phone number, provided your full name, residential address, date of birth and confirmation of TC during the registration process - under rule 8.1 and/or complied with any other verification requirement established by the Company, from time to time,

That rule sound rude, the fact that users only can withdraw if the have a full verification is a red flag for all the users, i don't like at all the casinos that operate this way, they should ask for KYC only if they find some suspicious activity from the user side, but making a withdrawal shouldn't be considered a suspicious activity, so, this rule will make some users stay away from the casino.

And this thread needs some design, OP should get a copper membership on the forum to be able to post images, that's the right way to attract new customers.

If that is for a small withdrawal, then yes, that is not good for gamblers. Not all gamblers have a lot of money as their win so perhaps, they can modify their minimum amount for users that needs to do KYC.

But for those who withdraw small amont below $100, they will not asking KYC. That will make users happy because they are rarely to win more than $50 and mostly, they win for less than $50.

That will likely a forcing to them to do KYC no matter how much money they want to withdraw.

Terrible ANN presentation op. Did you really expect to draw in droves of gamblers with such lazy efforts? Your site looks fine though, but the KYC issues that the posters above pointed out make me reluctant to properly try out your site.

Also, the way that you are dodging KYC related queries is another red flag which paints your site in a bad light. Think op!

It is rude in the way that they advertise that they do not require KYC when withdrawing, but their Terms and Conditions contradict it. And yeah, this specific rule will definitely stir some gamblers away from their casino.

I also agree that if they want to get more attention for their thread, they should make it more appealing.

That should be applied for dormant account only, logically there is no way for them to apply for new account because the fee charged for dormant account is taken/deducted directly from the account. So lets say you have an account, you have played for a while and you leave your account inactive while you have some balance on the account, they will deduct 5% per month until your balance become zero or until you come back.

You would be able to expect that there would be no fancy ANN thread on which considering that he hadnt been able to get copper membership but for any business out there then it should be just that in default that they should be allocating something for them to make a proper introduction specially that they are new then it would be just that right that they should be having that approach and also trying out to just not to avoid any questions from the community because if it tries to be evasive then it will be giving out that kind of bad impressions on which this could affect the business negatively.

It looks like the OP never came back. I guess the OP will never answer the question I asked(despite answering some questions from other members). I guess it is safe to say they will most likely ask for KYC before you are allowed to withdraw money from the casino. So, if anyone is interested in trying out the casino, just keep in mind that despite having a "no-KYC withdrawal" on their home page, there is a chance that you'll be asked to perform KYC before being able to withdraw based on the ToS that they have.

Can't just welcome this way; the announcement does not look professional anyway. If you aren't familiar with the forum system, please get advice from experienced users to create better announcement threads. Also, it seems you are ignoring question-related KYC. Though you have made replies above, you are ignoring the KYC question. Seems the terms and website content are controversial to me. You have to clear it or have to modify it on the website. It will create confusion for the gamblers. Though people like stricter casinos, everything should be transparent. We are expecting a proper answer from you.

Yeah, well at least till they get popular the support should be good. Because once the casino gets popular they replace live support with bot support and only after long strong of questions it allows you to chat with a human. I sent a message to support to see how quickly they reply and they actually replied within 30 seconds which was really nice and refreshing to see. Might join and see how it goes. Good first impression still I agree these basic steps are not enough for high volume gamblers hence I am not recommending anyone anything, please follow your own due diligence for your money!

I would be very careful with this casino and not create an account until the OP starts answering the questions asked in this thread and shows that he is active on this forum and also that when you search for this casino on google it is listed on many good review sites that have comments from players,

because only in this way is it possible to see to what extent other people who have used the casino are happy or not and if the casino is serious in marketing, a new casino that does not spend money on marketing, means that it is a casino with very limited funds that if they see that the casino has a lot of bills to pay, then they can easily take people's deposits and run away
