This is malpractice though, you can't deny a player the chance to move to the club he wants to go and play at, especially if the club in question gives you the money you want!
If I were Lookman I would do everything in my power to go at the end of his contract so he can go away and where he likes best.

But it's not that simple. Inter understand that Lookman has already reached an agreement with them. If Atalanta pressures Inter Milan to raise their offer, Inter Milan will maintain theirs. Because, if Lookman isn't released by Atalanta, the player may lose interest in playing for the club, which would be a loss for Atalanta. On the other hand, it's possible that Inter have already secured another player because they've given up on raising their offer and looking for another one.

Yes i did. Inter's first half composition were crap. Things better when some subs happened, and they won the game with one men down. It clearly says how their squad is not even balanced. However, i don't take the result from this match seriously as this game is for the match fitness only. Still hope Chivu does something to his club's defense.

It was such an unnecessary red card by Calhanoglu. I wonder if there are still problems among the players - including him. Maybe he can't control himself lately or I'm just making up all these in my mind. 

But a really nice comeback with 10 players! By the way I bet Inter fans are still waiting for more transfers. More on the way you think? I hope so for them. I already believe Napoli are one step ahead for the title now.

Inter Milan football team performance in the last match was excellent because that team did 2 goals in this match and that was friendly match which has no importance and one person did first goal in the first half of the match and he did this goal at 2 minutes when it was requirement of team. Martínez was the person who did second goal of the match and he did this goal at early second half of the match because he did goal at 60 minutes when that was need of the team and after 20 minutes we saw one more in this match and Inter Milan football team won the match by doing 2 goals in this match.No attacker could play well in this match because 3 persons did 1, 1 goal in this match.

This is malpractice though, you can't deny a player the chance to move to the club he wants to go and play at, especially if the club in question gives you the money you want!
If I were Lookman I would do everything in my power to go at the end of his contract so he can go away and where he likes best.

To be fair, the wording "malpractice" doesn't work here. They have a contract, which means that Atalanta has the right to sell him to anyone they want, and not sell him to anyone they do not want. That contract literally gives them that power. You can even offer them 100 million euro, and they have a right to reject if they want to, contract makes sure of that.

This is why it's not malpractice, we can say unethical maybe, which I am not so sure, but at least word could fit, or we could just say annoying, which I believe is hundred percent true, but not malpractice. So there is nothing Lookman can do about it, at worst case he just won't show up, and they would cut his paycheck, so for one year he will just not get paid and not play. If he has enough saved aside, he can afford to do that.

Inter Milan is in a rebuilding position so they will use these friendly matches to fine-tune their shape going into the season but inter Milan is having an ageing team so signing young players to replace these players should be the priority of inter Milan because I don't think that inter Milan can do well with this present team.



I don't know why they are still delaying in the Ademola lookman deal inter Milan should pay the money that Atlanta is demanding for the player because he is one player that can bring alot of value to the club

I saw it too! Embarrassing were the first 10 minutes of the match. The defence seemed to be asleep! Then they slowly recovered and even managed to win the match! That even though it was a friendly was good for the team's mood and esteem.
Chivu has a lot of work to do unfortunately, Inter have had so many matches this year and the fatigue is now showing!

I?ve voted for Inter to win the trophy this season. Napoli is definitely the strong rival, but Inter has made some excellent moves, including the arrival of Ange Yoan Bonny as a center forward. I believe they?re fully determined to be at the top of the table by the end of the season. Despite most bookmakers giving them ~30% chance, I still think they have the better shot at the title. BTW, does anyone know when Inter's first match of the 2025/26 season is? I?ve checked  ESPN's schedule but haven?t been able to find the exact date yet..

You are certain that this team can really have the chance to win against all the best teams in the league, there are other teams that can do really well, Inter is certainly one of them but we must also consider that there are teams like Juventus who can't wait to get back on track

Agreed, Juventus wants to get back on track, but wishful thinking alone won’t cut it. We have to admit that they might not have the guts to do it in the 2025/2026 season, maybe later. Inter looks better positioned for the trophy. Their only drawback is the lack of consistency in their matches. In some matches they show great play and organization, but in others they're disappointing. I think this is more the fault of the coach than the players.

Inter fought back and won 2 - 1, though having to play with 10 men following a red card to Hakan Çalhanoğlu around the 36th minute (straight-up two yellows). In the first half, Lautaro Marti nets the equaliser, followed by the new boy Ange-Yoan Bonny, who seals the comeback with a winner. Coach Cristian Chivu was very calm after, saying the results of preseason do not count much, but kudos to the character of the squad to turn the tables over with ten men.

A complete badass moment, displays tenacity despite the squad not being on the A-game.

I was also very surprised by their victory, because Monaco scored very early, just 2 minutes into the first half. When I saw Hakan Çalhanoğlu's red card in the 36th minute, I immediately thought Inter would lose, especially because Monaco were playing well, pressing hard but also missing a lot. With so many good opportunities, Monaco could have won or drawn.

The funny thing is that Lautaro managed to score even though he was alone against three Monaco defenders. Lautaro has incredible skill. The coach replaced Marcus Thuram with Ange-Yoan Bonny, who repeated Lautaro's feat: he scored alone even though he was under pressure from many Monaco defenders. Inter have very skilled attacking players.

If he still wants to stay, it shows his mentality. He probably doesn't want to give up easily, he wants to prove himself with Manchester United. As for the loan, I think it's a very good idea. Højlund maybe get some playing time and Milan could see his potential before full transfer. But, for a full transfer, I think for more than 40 million, Milan could get another player with more playing time and better than him. I'm also not sure Allegri would play him at Milan. Many young players fail to secure a place in the starting eleven i think it very possible happens to him too.

If he starts playing, changing the coach like he did last season, he can't get out of this alive, this is not the right way to invest, this means just spending.

I never understood players who are okay with staying in a team when they are offered zero minutes. It's clear that with Sesko arriving, he wasn't considered before, now he is going to be just nobody there. So the idea that he would be willing to stay even without playing a single game, makes no sense to me.

And not like Milan would not pay him, he would still get the same money as he was getting at United, not a penny less, in fact could be better too. And he would go to a nation he was before, so not like it would be weird, and it's freaking Milano, one of the best looking cities in the world. So when you put all those together, I have no reason I can think of that would make it reasonable for him to not move and just stay and not play.

AC Milan has agreed to a deal with Genoa center-back Koni De Winter. He's still quite young at 23 and can play as a central defender, right-back, or defensive midfielder. His target value is actually €22.00 million, and AC Milan has agreed to a deal for a fee of around €20 million.
