That's how I feel. I once tried to start a business I really wanted, but perhaps because I lacked sufficient skills and knowledge, the business I started only managed a few, not just one. This happened due to my lack of knowledge, and I'm aware of this. Perhaps in the future, I'll try again with more mature knowledge and various factors, including my own readiness for everything. There are many people who can run both at the same time and it is much better so that it can offer a much greater potential income. The problem is that not everyone can run both together so that choosing one will be a priority to be lived. The advantage of job is that you get salary at the end of every month regardless of whether your company earns profit or went in loss. While in business you have to manage every aspect to make sure you earn profit at the end of month or year. While many say business is better then job but what many ignores is that business require continuous effort. I have people in my circle who ruin family business just because they didn't gave time and efforts to business they inherited from their ancestors.

For me job is a better option as long as I earn some extra to beat the inflation.

Salary earners are just modern day slaves. They get a pittance for their work, because if they were to put the same amount of work into their own business, they would earn much more money.

Honestly i agree, because each has their advantages and disadvantages. On one hand employees are happier as their salary is constant but on the other hand big rewards are at stake because business owners dared to take high risks. I think it depends on the person’s goals, risk appetite and stage of life. Salary provides stability and predictable income which many people value especially when supporting a family or working toward long-term security. What's wrong with salary earners as you call them buying things from the business owners is it a crime if they patronize the business owners even though they are working for them? For me, owning a business is much better than a salary. regardless of whether it's permanent or temporary. The important thing is to have your own business from which you earn your income.

I've tried both and found a huge difference. Previously, I was a full-time government employee, and my salary at the end of each month wasn't enough to meet my family's monthly needs. I was always forced to borrow.

Now, I've left my job and started working as a freelancer. Thank God, I've seen a huge difference, both in terms of improved income and financial and time freedom. I work at times that suit me and don't have to commit to any part-time or full-time schedule.
