This game is basically Russian roulette. 1 bullet to end your life and the other 5 in the chambers are empty.
But, this one have 7 options, and that makes the risks of getting killed is lesser. However, I wouldn't even risks my life for some extra cash. I probably still have plenty of years left. I may not be able to earn those figures, but my life is just priceless lol.

I had to read through all comments first. I was right all along that there are so many people in this world that can put their lives on the line in crazy situations, especially when money is involved. Like?, why do this?. I saw this same image on my X field, but immediately scrolled passed the moment I saw the death option. I personally don't think its worth it.

The last time I checked, no one has a spare life. We all live once in a lifetime. The other options are quite decent even if someone ended up winning €500K, that's still a decent amount, but what if the worst happens?.

I don't think if anyone with a good sense of reasoning will ever want to take such risk. I believe no amount of money is worth someone's life, even it means all the money in world. However I won't be surprised if addicted gamblers should take such a risk and also expect for those that have some few days to live at least they can decide to take such risks since there losing won't make any difference to them. So it is not everything that is worth the risk regardless of the money that is involved.

There's a war going on in Ukraine. I've seen many people volunteering to fight for Ukraine. They're people who make no secret of the fact that they want to provide better living conditions for their families with the salary they'll receive. The risk of dying is very high, but they're still willing to take such a risk. Soldiers who fought in many wars also took great risks. They could have simply given up, but they didn't.

By this, I mean, I wouldn't blame people who risked themselves in this game, because everyone has their own reasons for risking their lives. There are many people who don't have money, and it's been very difficult for them to live. If they had the option of choosing to play to win a lot of money or lose and die, I highly doubt they would take much time to think; they would immediately play. In my case, I wouldn't play.

Under normal circumstances, of course not; 1/7 is too high a chance of dying. Such a roulette would only make sense if you were in mortal danger and the cost of "resolving the issue" was over a million dollars. Then the spin would make sense, since you were choosing between life and death, and the chances of survival would be significantly higher.
By the way, it is sad you didn't add a voting to the thread; it would be interesting to see the percentage of those who are willing to risk their lives (although it sounds easy to do in words, but in practice it's not at all).

Seeing this, I remember a movie. There was a gambler, he was so crazy for gambling, he would gamble with his life and never exclude. And slowly loses everything, and he has no place to stay. His wife got him out of the house. There was a hacker in that movie, the hacker offered him. If he can win the gambling with the hacker, he will repay all his loan and make him the number one in the world. And he gave him a condition that if he lost in a gambling, he would cut off a part of his body. Just as it is said here, if you lose, his life will go away. Although he lost a few times, gambler once won, and Hacker returns everything to gamblers. Anyway I will never use it, because money is never worth more than life.

I will spin only if I am already on the verge of death, maybe in a situation where death is already on the table, and if I win any money they are going to my family, this is what I call a reasonable death or sacrifice.

If I am health like I am right now money isn't everything, I can still make alot of money before my time is up in this world but to be honest who would trust this machine with their lives? Because I can bet that the death ratio is higher than the others with different amount, many will  surely lose their lives this way and blame the machine as been rigged or something, I will never put my life on the line in such gullible way.

If I am already old and my family is in financial incapacity, I'd bet for my life. With the 7 choices, that's around 14% of chance of getting the death as the roulette spins. I think that I'd be willing to sacrifice my life and that's just one spin around and all of the other choices are already a win except that death. But the question is, what kind of death will it be if I ever spin on that? I don't want to end up the hard way, maybe some sleeping pill and I'd be dead through injection.

Even though this is mere imagination, it is somehow funny and may actually reflect the reality of an addicted gambler. If I'm in this situation, I will not spin because such casinos will definitely be rigged to produce more deaths that anything. The only one who can take this chance are those who are willing to die instead of continuing with the way their lives are going, I don't belong to that category, the reason I will chose not to spin.

Any game of such nature should never be encouraged, as it is beyond the gambling principles of fairness, but in this situation, we can assume it to be a joke, although there are still some gamblers who would take the risk of spinning it, but believe me, the probability and possibility of winning money is far much limited in favour of the house so the risk would be very high to take as nobody would want to lose such an amount of money to a gambler.  There are still people who would do the spinning, maybe for certain reasons best known to them. It's all about the risk involved. Life itself is  a risk and only the risk takers are able to make headways in life.

I will spin in 1 situation; I'm in a really bad financial situation (a lot of debt, no jobs) which makes me hopeless of the future so it will be a reason for me to spin the wheel as if I win then I can change the situation into better one, if lose then I have nothing to worry as I'm hopeless already with my life LOL

There's a saying that "money is not everything in life," although it's not every body that can take such statement as a self advice or that can comprehend the in depth meaning of that statement but I think that that statement is for situations like this one, because personally I can not take this kind of bet that is life threatening, simply because I want to win a huge amount, nope! I’d love to see a poll on this just to know if there are really people crazy enough to risk their lives on a bet. I’m sure there are some, the hardcore addicts who’d even borrow from loan sharks knowing full well the risk of getting killed if they can’t pay. I will not play it because what is at stake is actually not just €100, but with a greater risk of losing one's life. Perhaps only those who are desperate with their lives would play it, so the bets are no longer for fun.
The chances of winning might be greater, but when you are unlucky, you're done. I would choose regular betting, even though the chances of winning are not high, it's enough to have fun.

It is gambling and crazy games, the type of game is suitable for use like a psychopath flim, catching some visitors to set such games, with forced they have to play the game, money or die.

But games like that are not in any casino either online or offline, but even though there is of course I am not willing to play the game, I think if a sane person no one wants to commit suicide, it's a game that is done by a crazy person or psychopath.

Although the chance is slim to hit the “death” part like 12.5% .. I still wouldn’t gamble my life on that. If someone can win the lottery with less than 1% chance, then this is even more possible to happen. Only crazy people would play this kind of game if it was real.

To begin with, I think you should change both the title and this question to: "would you play/spin?"

The example you give is completely unrealistic. But for the sake of argument, I will answer that no, I would not. In general, when investing or gambling, I analyze the relationship between return and risk. Since the risk is infinite, the potential return is not worth it.
