Hot and Cold number in Roulette are you tracking them down or no?

Roulette is entirely chance, hence whether cold or hot numbers, odds don't improve but they appear enticing. Certain players pursue the stats, while some stay with lucky digits, and others cover the neighboring numbers such as the Drake style. At the end, it happens to be all personal choice, as long as the house edge remains the same not minding the system that is used.

If the game is 100% random and fair, choosing or discarding the numbers that have been repeated does not matter, because each spin is 100% random, and although it may sound contradictory if you think that the one that came out the most will be repeated or those that have not come out have more chance it is only a bias, the probabilities are real, so there should not be a choice that challenges the randomness of the game, or simply bet on a single number until it comes out, but this would only be a persistence strategy.

It is very possible for anyone to easily track their hot or cold numbers by recording it somewhere, but one thing is that tracking these numbers do not improve one's long-term chances of winning. 'The house always wins', is a saying that sounds as a constant reminder why not to chase baseless strategies and waste precious time, regardless of the previous outcomes one may have been lucky to get.

Even though I focus more on sports betting and other gambling games, it is still healthy to know that the short term streaks called hot numbers or cold numbers are all just a natural part of random distribution, and they are not predictive.

For those who are a roulette player here, I have a question with regards to strategy. I usually just bet on single numbers and not much of the other options lately. But casinos shows data of what is Hot numbers, - a number that has been hitting multiple times in like in the last 50 spins, as opposed to Cold numbers, - numbers that are sleeper.

So my questions are:

1. Are you looking at this statistics and try to bet on those numbers or the neighbouring numbers?
2. No, you just randomly pick the numbers you like, maybe it's your birthday or any other numbers that are significant to you?
3. Or a Drake style betting, wherein he will just bet on the numbers adjacent to his number, usually the number "11".

Gamblers should know that whether they chase hot numbers or cold numbers, it still does not mean that there will be a guaranteed result. Roulette is purely a game of chance, all wins happen by luck and not neccessarily by strategy. Often times I see gamblers who play Roulette give themselves the false sense of having a strategy and attribute their wins (which often comes once in a long while) to their supposed strategy.

Gamblers should play Roulette with caution, bearing in mind that it can be addictive and no one can beat the house edge no matter how hard they try.

My tendency is to bet on cold numbers rather than on hot numbers. The same tendency applies to red or black and odd or even and others. I'm not saying I'm betting on the one that didn't come up. I'm saying, if a number or color or result is hit multiple times in the past 50 spins, the tendency is probably for another number or row or whatever to come up next.

But this is not even a winning strategy. I can only rely on pattern and gut feeling when it comes to roulette.

Roulette is basically base on pure luck. Although online casinos game at least 5 numbers are cold, and yes it could be base on statistics. But we as I have said, everything is based on luck. So even if you are going to bet on those hot numbers, it doesn't mean that you are going to win.

Just right now, I open up a online casino and then look at the hot numbers, and base on what you say, even the neighboring numbers are not hitting. So it might be just misleading for gamblers to just stay and bet on single numbers base on the hot numbers alone.
