Since I've been in this forum, being active for a while and going off due to busy schedule, criticism on my
own perspective is helping me to interact in this forum and making amends where I've been criticized or corrected but I won't say so for other newbies. These newbies when they come into the forum to interact and are being criticized, they feel that the forum isn't really a place where they can fit in and give up all of a eventually.
How do we approach newbies so we don't run away from the forum.
No matter how great a work a person does, he will not be safe from criticism. Criticism is not always sweet, it is sometimes painful. However, you should not give up because of criticism and get disappointed, you should keep your goal in mind, no matter what people say, you are doing good work with good intentions and you will continue to do good work. People will say many things behind your back, but you should not give up, the main goal should be to reach your destination with patience.
There are various criticisms about newcomers on the forum so that they do not go on the wrong path, but we have to understand that not everyone has the same mentality. Everyone has the mentality of helping the new members of the forum, so that the new members can gain knowledge, recognize the right path and so that they do not choose the wrong path in the beginning and can survive for a long time and gradually make themselves wise, etc. The maximum cooperation is provided to the new members in various ways. Your interest in knowing can gradually make you very wise, but for this, your maximum effort or enthusiasm is very important. No one on the forum is an enemy to anyone.
