BestChange is one of the old services, and they have been monitoring the exchanges for a long time. I am not sure if exchanges pay them to get listed on their platform, but I am certain the platform is still very popular, especially in Russia.

The exchanges have nothing to compare with the aggregators. This makes no sense at all.

BestChange is so popular in Russia that regulators have blocked it, probably five times now. As for the user complaints about people losing funds during exchanges—even just on this forum—I'd get tired trying to count them. Personally, I was really shocked by the story I saw here about someone getting scammed out of $10K

I see a slightly frustrated writer, perhaps because you failed to collaborate with your favorite aggregator site (or is BestChange the nnnth target)? Then you start your bad habit of comparing with several competing brands (even though BestChange isn't your actually competitor), and you don't like it when we criticize you.
However, unlike Binance and KuCoin, which were fined and have since left the Canadian market, Cryptomus continues to operate in Canada — a country known for issuing some of the most reliable licenses and maintaining the strictest regulatory oversight in the crypto industry.
but for some reason, you've chosen to fixate only on Cryptomus.

Be firm that your service isn't top-tier right now; your dreams are still too far off. You're going against the grain of opinion of some who prefer other exchanges. So stop comparing yourself...
and if cryptomus is anti-criticism, don't mention that brand in this hellish forum. Wink

As a self-reflection (in case you forgot) Tongue , https://fintrac-canafe.canada.ca/new-neuf/nr/2025-10-22-eng

Okay, let's drop the comparisons then. Instead, let’s talk about everyone’s beloved Binance.

I’m genuinely curious: how do you feel about Trump pardoning Changpeng Zhao? Does it not bother you that you can apparently just give money to the US President’s kids and suddenly you’re squeaky clean again?

And while we're at it, what’s your take on CZ being the architect of the last crypto winter? He intentionally dumped FTX tokens to crash them and buy the exchange for pennies. Yes, SBF was dirty, but CZ was also stealing US customer funds, which is exactly why he went to prison.

So here is my prediction: CZ will trigger another crypto winter through this corrupt alliance with Trump. Congress is going to investigate the President's family ties to the crypto market. And that investigation will catch everyone the SEC was already targeting—Coinbase, Kraken, Ripple... just look at the list of who paid for the White House renovations just to build Trump a ballroom.

But do you know who won't be on that list? Cryptomus.

OP has mixed things up a bit. He is one of those who will blame Bestchange or any other aggregator, because some obscure exchange froze his coins. Quite a lack of understanding of how things work, that's why such things happen.

Something completely different is that some aggregators lower the criteria according to the exchanges they list on their service. Here I am primarily referring to Bestchange, which is already well known, but which also has a very bad review system, which has a significant effect on reducing its relevance.
Hey! I'm sorry if I didn't get my point across correctly.

In the nine years I've worked with BestChange, they have never frozen my coins. However, lately, I’ve had issues with slow refunds, drawn-out exchange processes, and warnings from my bank about unreliable counterparties sending me transfers. My banks hinted that these could be cards used by money mules.

Now, rules have been tightened here in our country, and accounts are blocked instantly if the bank doubts the legitimacy of the incoming funds.

And that’s where the real problem arises—a problem BestChange can't solve. That platform is just an aggregator, and my money went directly to an exchange the service has no influence over.

So, my choice and my advice is to work with services that control P2P marketplaces integrated into their business. That way, they can verify every counterparty themselves and hold the funds in escrow until the exchange is successful

But hey, how’s that casino shilling working out for you? How much do they pay? I'm new, just wondering how much you can really make with that kind of advertising.
It's a bit more expensive than what one of the companies offers. https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=5505910.msg64417362#msg64417362#:~:text=Sr. Member+,referrals Tongue

I'm not one of those directly affected by CZ and DT's game. Even though I try to be honest about my feelings, I'm afraid you'll think I'm just pretending. Besides, if we take the context of the case:
Zhao, also known as "CZ", was sentenced to four months in prison in April 2024 after pleading guilty to violating US money laundering laws.
Following a compliance examination, this money services business, incorporated in British Columbia under the name Xeltox Enterprises Ltd., was imposed an administrative monetary penalty of $176,960,190 on October 16, 2025, for non-compliance with Part 1 of the Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act and associated Regulations.
What I can draw from these case examples are that in relation to one type of violation. Unfortunately, one of them did not get the same "special treatment" as the other. Well, I (honestly) feel that's unfair, right?

Is that all? What about the other exchanges on this list https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges?

You weren't entirely honest in your answer. Changpeng Zhao served time in a maximum-security prison, like a highly dangerous criminal, for one charge, but you conveniently forgot about the accusations against the Binance exchange itself. There are a total of 13 counts!

Are you considering Binance and Zhao separately? Although CEOs rarely serve actual time, Zhao did get a real sentence. The funniest thing is that he went back to the US—probably just for a new sentence

You aren't entirely honest yourself. Changpeng Zhao didn't serve time "in a maximum-security prison, like a highly dangerous criminal". He wasn't even serving in a medium-security facility. He was serving a few months in a low-security institution.

But, yeah, you should be proud comparing yourself with Changpeng Zhao and Binance. Yours is a nobody in the market. Binance is at the apex. Good luck, though! Your aggressive marketing might bring you there.

OK, I'll be honest. I don't condone any crime. But in this case, I'm not convinced CZ's conviction on the basis of AML enforcement. If so, Binance should end up like mixer services labeled by the government as a money laundering service. In my perspective, this is just a political drama targeting an influential figure. CZ is too influential for politicians to ignore. Why not just give him some privileges to reap some "benefits"? Meanwhile, other exchange founders won't serve the same.

CZ should have lost some weight, but it doesn't look like he's lost weight. He's getting hotter.

Nope, CZ is so closely tied to the BEST EXCHANGE IN THE WORLD in this case that he shouldn't be separated.
