holydarkness: At the moment, there is nothing to mediate. User in question has not responded anything to the email we sent him despite me personally and the forum members here telling him multiple times to be in contact with our customer support. Until he doesn't escalate this internally, we are considering this case closed.

The only message i have from Epicbet is the one i have on this threat.

You never suggested me contact customer support, also, why should i after epicbet message where you say pretty CLEAR that i CANT do anything after your decision .

I will answer the email now , lets see your team response.

I believe it's not me that you need to inform and quote, rather, EpicCharles, as the representative of Epicbet. He's the one that can give follow ups to EpicBet and toss the ball that's now on their court. Without both parties consent and agreement [and cooperation], I am a mere spectator.
