Most of the people who find themselves in such state, if critically examined is mentally and psychologically unstable, because no one in his normal state of mind would find children sexually attractive to point of going ahead to defile them. I can’t even begin to imagine the horror and pain that these minors would go through in the course of this horrific incident. No culture will permit or allow such wicked act in their society when they understand the implications cause the the affected victims especially the young girls that becoming mentally affected as a result of the pains they go through after experiencing such evil act. One thing I like is the punishment given to the person when caught in the act though w lot of affected victims do not have the boldness to always come up to speak out but they finally do, the law do not fail to take up the matter to ensure they get justice to the affected victims.
