What tools/apps would help Bitcointalk grow and improve user experience?

It can be done. I didn't say it couldn't. You can also walk from San Francisco to New York City if you wanted. It's easier to drive, though. And it's much easier and quicker to fly.
Multi-quoting and editing can be done on a smartphone, but it's an unpleasant experience. Perhaps you are used to it or you have no other option, but no one who is used to posting using a computer will tell you that they prefer working with quotes and BBcodes on their phone.

I personally do majority of my forum posts while on PC, but I do know there are a lot of forum users who don't have that "luxury" and are accessing the forum via mobile phones only, and would surely befeit from that.

I have been using this forum on mobile since day one, it's fully responsive and have never ever for once felt the need of 'mobile version'; though, as I have read some comments here, some find it hard to edit multiple quotes on mobile but it's more about getting used to imo.

Yes, I am used to it, and I think this is what it boils down to for both mobile and pc/laptop users.

Luxury? Some people just prefer using phone. Plus, fwiw, in recent times, smartphones have developed much, that they aren't lagging much behind PC.

They are not lagging much if all you do is watch videos, do social media, listen to music and do similar stuff. For any serious work, they are still miles behind PC and I don't expect it to change anytime soon.

I have always like the way the community is and, is very easier to navigate than trying to make everything most twisted and disorganising. To me I have always seen here to be a school as a place to learn history about bitcoin and not place to be decorated as social app or media. With this looks it would really make people understand that the forum or the community is a place for reference and to carry research about bitcoin and its related other cryptocurrencies coin. If there are anything to add, I think there should be an additional rank to those who has managed to achieved 5k to 10k merits at least to have such volume of merits should have and deserve respect from the community. If there are any name superior to Legendary then that would be extremely better to add such rank.

Those are quite basic, and we are past that when phones could do only that; what serious work are you referring to anyhow?

I will keep it forum-related only. In our Croatian local we have a thread by katanic97 that contains an overview of all signature campaigns. It's a copy of an older thread that is no longer maintained and which in itself was probably a copy of someone else's thread. Do you think this table is easier to create and maintain on a phone or a PC?

Or my Withdrawal Fees and Withdrawal Amounts on Crypto Casinos thread. Creating this from scratch on a PC is much easier than the nightmare of doing the same on a phone. For most people.

And as I said earlier. Imagine replying to +5 people in a thread where you have to work with multi-quotes and cut and quote only parts of their posts to which you are replying.

Members are taking their time to discover more about how the forum experience could go further and more better than before, that is why you can discover about some useful threads suggesting personal discovered tools and approach to adopt, so this is more about what an individual already factor out or discovered that could be useful and helpful for the forum and members at large in their use of the forum.

If users stop spamming and make quality posts.

You cannot automate quality posts.

You always have to have something useful to say, otherwise every single computer-generated reply you make with some tool is going to come across as fake, because no way somebody would say that sort of thing in a post originally.

You can easily find solid used lenovo thinkpad on flea market for around 50 euros, even military grade T version.
New laptops are a different story, but they are overrated and not as durable as older devices.

All that is true from our point of view, but someone from developing world who works hard for 100 dollars per month (if he even has a steady job) and barely makes ends meet has an entirely different point of view and set of priorities.

Not gonna put him on ignore just yet, but I've been on forums long enough to know when it's not worth it go further.

All of the tools already exist as far as I see,  but they may not be 100% perfect (has room for improvement).

IMO, the most important tool/app/feature would be the "User friendly Bitcointalk mobile version" implementation. Currently the one I personally use is out of date, haven't been maintained for years (has one bug). If you are a newbie and trying to use btt from mobile, then without a this tool your navigation experience would be a disaster. I mean, it's so hard, all those zooming in & out, that's really a pain.

After that comes the notification system, which again is provided by 3rd party bots. That's more than enough I guess.
 
The third one to me would be "Dark mode", which I'm already using provided by Vod in his shadow pulse tool.

Apart from these 3, I don't see anything that I heavily rely on. Of course, this is my personal opinion only.

I type like an old man on pc keyboard, and it'll be nightmare for me to create those tables from pc than on a phone, as I said earlier it's about what one is used to, and one should use what one finds easier to work with.
