The bounty for the logo is now 200XC
a Logo design in 99design website is 299 Dollars: http://99designs.com/launchI would give the 200 plus XCs to them rather than Amateours if nothing good is found and it seems you can organize contests there Why we just do not move the Contest in that website so? and we can give exposure to the contest to more designers that hopefully are professional as well? What do you think? We need a full identity package not just a logo. Something that is put together as a whole and not piecemeal. I am sorry but you are not going ot get that with a contest nor do I think we will get that from 99design. I work with people who do this on a daily basis and have the means to deliver what we need. I have extended an offer to the dev to have this done at no cost to the community or the dev and am awaiting his reply. |

What do you think? We want community interactions... and some members have already put time and effort into creating a logo. I don't think it would be fair to close the contest but if you like you may hire whoever you want and if your submission wins you get the bounty. i think the logo should come from someone who knows crypto, and who knows the benefits of xc over the competition and what that all means, there are some great designers in this forum , older contests prove that, i just wouldn't make it a contest to vote for everyone since those could be easyly manipulated, make it 50 % vote, 50 % jury or something, and make it quick , choose and move on |

My housemate gets about $200 per hour to do this for big companies, hope you're on to something good Thrash! |

Must be the first coin where the marketing is literally light years behind the technology. The price went up so fast all the cheesy fagget PnD noobs who make websites, blogs, and spam coindesk articles have been left behind (xlb anyone?)  Hopefully this paves the way for some quality marketing channels going forward  Our only exposure has been fud lol I strongly Agree on this Teka I think the logo is really Important it is the Base to deliver the Message of this coin and make the connection with to inspire people to Investigate further what there is behind and discover XC. I think that the Contest Approach should be retalked as until now we just saw poor attempts to create a Logo, Please do not take personal offence on this but it is true. I think we should really consider to contact a design website someone said 99 design I think, and pay with the premine or maybe put toghether the money within the community members. The middle was is good, but I think it would look better if you took out the long over hang on the x on the left side and just made it XC instead of CXC @Teka Clearly; Please evaluate my this 3 logo. Please ignore the others. The middle is my favorite. Thank you.  whats cool is the middle one... kinda also looks like he infinity symbol XC to INFINITY! |

Teka, if you give me 24 hours I can produce exactly what you need. I will make an excellent logo. I will also make a campaign for XCloud, and compare them side by side. Both 100% professional. I have completed the mainnet testing this morning of the XC's anonymous mixer solution and will be releasing the user guides for both the XNODE and using the "sendfrommixer" command. As this feature is still "beta", limit your risk with small transactions. Currently it is hardcoded to limit a max of 10 XC's per request, however for my testing I am using fractional amounts (ie: 0.01 or less)

And something else just occurred to me: Transactions in = 10059 and Transactions out = 9904 No regular miner wallet would have that many transactions noted. The pool address (which I wrongly assumed would be an exchange) would make the most sense due to the huge amount of transactions. The pool, of course have to pay out to all the miners in their pool! Am I on the right track here ? |
