Problem with piggy wallet on mac

Hi guys,

I bought some piggys from bittrex.

Installed the new wallet on my macbook

But it stays offline since last 12 hours. I have sent 5000 piggys but still not receiving.

Can somebody please help.

Yes it stays offline.

I tried some further troubleshooting from the piggy coin website:

I like the coin and the related idea. However would be nice to have some more games and stuff for the kids to show on the webpage.
Maybe some more advertising for the webpage related to the coin would help to boost the "project".
The value seems pretty stable as well which is another plus.

At the moment we have 3 games, before this change to PoS happened I was working on adding more of this stuff you are talking about, some coloring pages and some more games were priority
I will pick up this projects again soon.

In the value field I was shooting for something higher, I think when this PoW week ends we will stabilize way higher then we are now.
But it's very nice to see people excited about the project and that wanna help. Let's see how we grow!

yah some coloring games are nice, also some abc reading books for different ages or school grades could help. Try to give some educational value in it. I know the funds are low but maybe it will develop through some provision of support and not scammed or ad linked websites where it comes to real money payments for the kids.

A good kid safe browser (a real kidsafe browser, not that clown stuff out there)  when they log in their account would be great too.

At the moment price is low because there are a lot of coins entering the market. I expect price to rise as we approach the end of the PoW phase (+- 3.5 days).

PIGGY is the only crypto targeting at younger people and those who don't know crypto much.  Unlike other coins, they're actually developing.

Look at what this coin has put out it in the short time it's been alive.  How many coins have their own web wallet or own game?

When investing in a coin you're are essentially investing in the coin's team.  You can tell they are serious about the coin and are here to stay and will continue to work on the coin.  

Second is the goal and the targeted niche. Focusing on education and kids could really catch on ...

Also, nothing but positive vibes about this coin since its launch from the community.

I see it as a different approach to crypto, an educative approach.

You can argue that dogecoin was and is also that, a coin used to educate the masses about crypto. But I see our education approach being very different from doge's, they never intended to be an educative crypto and that has been our main objective since the beginning and we've been getting some good feedback from people on that field.
Phrases like "my son is mining" or "my daughter has a piggybank" are awesome and what keeps us going!
I would also like to point out that this is in no way an alt that tries to replace bitcoin or that dreams with that kind of greatness, we are here to complement something that in my opinion lacked from bitcoin since the beginning, the approach to people aspect, the educate the masses aspect... A key aspect if we want to implement cryptocurrencies worldwide.

Some weeks ago I gave an interview on this topic. Let me quote myself, lol.

How did the project start?
I’ve been into crypto for 2 and a half years right now and there was something that was really bothering me. We have this amazing technology but we can’t seem to be able to explain it to your average joe, then I had this idea. Why don’t we explain it to the kids? They are our future, and if crypto wants to move on to the future it needs to target the ones that will be using it. We also think that will even help the current generation get into crypto, parents are always interested in what their kids are doing and we hope they will be interested in piggy too.
