Hi, Dev! Is it not too late to change X11 to X13?
I'm definitely will mine Lightcoin if the algo is X13.
I like development feature plans of this coin and if this running well, I think this coin will  explode.

Both algos are in highly suspect of un-disclosed software, to take full advantage of mining capability.

Is that true that Asic or Fpga can mine X11? If that is not true, then I have no problem mine X11

It is not only mobile phones but mobile devices. I can tell you that the concept is out but mining a blockchain with a mobile cpu is tricky and batteries lifespan are not cut out for it yet. However there are ways to introduce apps to do it. This is what I am working on. I cannot estimate any dates for this but any breakthrough will be revealed.

Just leave it open and wait. It will sync eventually. The more people download the wallets the more nodes we will have.
