Will it be 0.05 or 0.1 or 0.0875 (a week for 0.05 + 3 weeks for 0.1) ?

If you join now, you get 0.05. Wait till you get promoted and get the full 0.1BTC instead.

No, every campaign enrollment is for 30 days starting on your enrollment date.
