Notification: Improperly display of the miner status graph
As HASHNEST is maintaining the API access that capture the hashing speed of mining farm, the graph of miner status cannot be properly displayed. However, all the miners are well operated in UMISOO mining farm, so does the users earning. The graph of miner status will be recovered to real hash rate after maintenance. We apologize for any confusion and inconvenience that caused.

I have to say kudos to Bitmaintech for at least being honest and responsive.  I may end up losing money in hashnest as a result of the drop in btc price but Bitmaintech always responds, always is "there" and for over a year (for me) has never failed to deliver as promised.  Just wanted to express my appreciation for that because very very few others in this industry can say the same.

I realized way too late that I didn't understand how this service works. I will never, ever see a return on my investment. I paid almost 1.4 BTC for 1TH/s on September 4th. It is now October 14th and I have barely made 0.4 BTC back. It's my own fault, I didn't realize that when the round is over my hash goes away. I thought it would be transferred or added in to the new round. I'm very disappointed.

Yes. Its seems like as scam.
Boughted hashpower would never return its price.
Only hashnest (bitminetech) have a profit.

Is this true? When the round is over your hash goes away?!

where within the information from the site are you deducing that the hashrate has a termination date or that there was a "round" where your purchased hashrate would be removed? the only indication of "round" that I have been able to find is that there will be additional rounds of hashrate release once the first s2 farm is sold out. based on the sales options for bitmaintech, it would appear that they have s3 and s4 farms as well. if you could post a link to where you go the information for your assumption, that would be helpful.

Wanted to add another note. If you think your hashrate has been removed or expired, please click on the balance tab at the top. At the bottom of the list on the left hand side you will see an entry for Umisoo. The column immediately to the right of that shows your currently owned/purchased hashrate. If you see that the entry is not reflecting what you had purchased, then I would advise submitting a ticket addressing the issue of the missing hashrate.

Notification: Miners' Earning assigned all together on Oct. 16th

As the faulty of mining pool program, all the miners including S3's hash rate couldn't withdraw to HASHNEST platform on Oct. 15th(Beijing Time). We assigned the earning all together with Oct. 16th, and the earning for AntS3 is 0.0000287/GHS, that's twice as much as the usual PPS earning. In another words, that's the earning for two days, but only charged users one day electricity + maintenance fee.

Really? Are you sure that you are compensating the users? I'm not sure I am seeing this correctly then.

Now that looks like payments as normal. I see no difference there due to maintenance or other interruption. Additionally, there is no difference in payments or fees as your last two posts would suggest there should be.
