Anyone playing recently? I think it old issue is coming back, it forces logged out automatically after several minutes of playing. I tried with two different browsers but stays the same, I have cleared cookies and caches as well but it does not affect. It is not the first time I face this kind of issue but I have never heard clear explanation regarding this automatically logged out during playing.

but that's due to my shitty internet provider , my internet keeps getting connected and disconnected
every time it connects back the site will log me out since the IP will change , so it meant to secure my account but it's annoying

If one were to have requested a permanent self ban months ago, which was obliged and stated that it was irreversible, would one then be able to create a new account now or will that be a problem with the T&C? If one were to then withdrawal from this new account would it be flagged or something and not allowed through orrr?

Your withdrawal will be blocked if you try to create a new account, many gambling sites are quick in blocking accounts when someone has more than one account. There was an old case where one user asked to be self excluded permanently from fortunejack but was still able to gamble because they unlocked his account upon request.

It will definitely create a problem for that user as thier system, would consider the second account an alt of the first one and eventually it’ll be banned. I’m not sure if one can ask the support staff to delete his old account and allow him to use their new account on FJ, you can inquire this with their support staff.

It will result in lots of drama that site's owners don't want to see for sure. It is same things as we have in the forum. Someone can quit, stop using their accounts in the forum, delete all of their past posts, except threads; or moderators can nuke those accounts, but accounts are unable to delete in the forum. There are some limited accounts were changed usernames, but nowadays, such things hardly to accept by admins. All of them for site's security and preventive methods to out of drama.

sportsbet don't log me out as well even if I change my IP or use a VPN so you can't know from it
you can try logging in with Fortunejack , Betcoin and Bitcoinrush , if this thing happens with you in all of these sites at the same time then it's your connection for sure
these sites log you out once they see a change in your IP

now I have a stable connection and been logged in for like 4 hours without any problem , but when I'm in my other house where the connection isn't stable it keeps log me out

I do play here on their slots games. I face once of this thing when I do nothing for period of time then the games will auto ask me to relog but when I keep on playing it and clicking it again and again, this meesage does not pop out and let me do the bet as long as I want. So if you guys say about the connection problem then I do not agree on because I also get this problem. So when I feel that I will be gone more than 30 mins, then it is better to refresh or relog again to stop this problem from happening

If the live support says that it is not considered as multi accounting then you are fine to go with the new account. Didn't you save the conversation with the live support or make a screenshot of it? If no, I do not think you need to be worry about it as I believe they wont call you as multi-account players as live support has said so. If you need to make sure about it more, then re-ask it and save the conversation or take a screenshot for future references just in case it will be needed but I hope it wont be a problem in the future.

Many bitcoin casinos and exchanges do this these days. This is generally usually done with an old inactive account and especially if the account doesn't have a balance on it.

They started doing this because there was many people who got their username's, passwords's, emails, etc leaked from some hacked website like Bitmain a few years back and people re-use the same username/email and password so alot of hackers try and access people's accounts, so to prevent any issues many sites might make an account inactive if there is no activity after a certain time and if there is no balance on it.

Since you asked support and they told you to create a new account then you won't have an issue. I was in a similar situation as yourself and had to make a new account because I lost my 2FA and support looked into it, the account had no balance and told me to just create a new account.

Btw, about the Majestic 7 contest, did anyone else notice some squads FJ provides for us to choose the goalscorer aren't updated after the transfer window? For instance, for Matchday 1, Iwobi and Nketiah showed up as an option for Arsenal, even though they're now in Everton and Leeds United respectively (i forgot to mention it yesterday   )

For Matchday 2, I see Danilo, who's now a Juventus player, as an option for Man City. I can also see D.Drinkwater, currently on loan in Burnley, as an option for Chelsea, and H. Maguire, now Man Utd player, as an option for Leicester.

Is the game about who scores the first goal or whoever scores a goal?  I don't think FJ made that clear.

Their announcement stated, predict 7 goalscorers so it should be goalscorers of the matches irrespective of their teams and not who scores first.
