You'll get paid with your old rank and then you should change your signature and you'll be paid with new rank on the next week.

I am still looking into the underpayment of posts.

missed something like 0.02, not a big deal, but if we sum  this to the older two 0.05 missed, this is starting to become something, which is 0.12 total

i'm not missing on this last payout i think, but on the last one before that is still not paid.
It was supposed to be added to this payout now i think, but it didn't. That's 32 posts  (0,0416 btc) from the last payout period missing.
