I think they are not accepting new members even though there are some people leaving this campaign. As you can see, they are focusing on fixing payment issues atm. Even if there is available spots, I think its better to wait till the payment issue is fixed then you can join.

Tons of people already asked for slots but no one received any response from the campaign manager so it's clear that he is not accepting new members.
I doubt the bot here will be fixed tho or neither if they really have a plan to fix it. If they have, they could've done it already since a few months ago when the problem started. Marco is just to busy managing the campaign and addressin the problems. It's best if they can hire a new manager with more time to give for the participants.

You need to post your enrollment and wait for marco to respond in your enrollment but The campaign is not accepting new members so you can't sign up in here.
