There are 9000 call options available for S.DICE-PT on btct.co with a premium of 0.00001155 and a strike of 0.03100000. That's 10x too much, because of a missing 0.

1000 were already sold and exercised...

Quote
2013-07-18 18:44:45   Call Option   1000   BTC 0.031   BTC 31

That poor guy payed 27.5 Bitcoin too much.

Wow, major bad karma to whatever dick wrote that call option.

hahahaha you have to admit tho thats pretty cute, there isnt enough people who know how to write options in the market right now im sure as time goes on and more people trust the PTs it will get better but at the moment your probably gonna see stuff like this til it balances out,

comical though

weird, for someone to savvy enough to trade options, they would miss the zero, I think it might be his own account making a fake trade, to get people to buy in.

SatoshiDice is being sold, in full, to a new company that will take over all ownership, operations, and management.
Thanks Erik for your work on the SatoshiDice!

Nothing will stimulate interest and confidence in bitcoin as an investment vehicle as the first successful exit from a bitcoin venture,
congrats EV!

Now it would be really nice if Erik would simply post as the batches are dispersed, and post when the shares are all done being distributed....
given the illiquid market at present, it sounds like a considerate thing to do.  I plan to msg him with this request and perhaps others of you who are watching
the effect could do the same...

Havelock Investments has received full buyout BTC for SDICE shares. Just waiting to transfer to local wallet before pushing the buyback out... should be done in the next 15-30 minutes.

I'd prefer to hear an update from EV; I don't know how these new members posting can be considered authoritative.

Considering that Erik has said the Satoshi_pr account can post on behalf of him and the satoshi dice site. So yeah it is an authoritative account.

A question for all exchanges that had PTs.

What happens now with unexecuted S.DICE call & put options on your exchange when the security is closed?

Hmmm... both GSDPT and S.DICE-PT seem to be still trading.  Exercise if you're in the money now before they close.

I hate to say it, but I don't have a clean way to shut this down.  (no way currently to forcefully exercise everything in the money at 0.0035)

So if you have options and they're in the money, exercise them ASAP.

I think this payout structure makes it even more likely that MPEx is the buyer.
Somehow related to the Ministry of Gaming Bullshit?
