Who developed this coin? Anybody knows? Some one from Asia or australia maybe? If it is a scammer then it is not good. The first pages has so many negative comments.

A quick Google search brings up their page: http://capricoin.org/about/ - "Capricoin has been developed through a collaboration between a group of technology companies in Europe and the USA."

Their market cap has increased quite a bit recently according to Coin Market Cap: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/capricoin/ so perhaps some improvements / features are on the horizon?

CPC just started to climb a bit... I wonder how high it could go on this leg.

I am still thinking why this price climb. I don't see any news. Devs are not active and there is no ongoing development or devs don't bother to inform about. If anybody from dev team can post here and give use some information about what is actually with this project.

May there are some that still give their trust on this coin. Not trying to be pessimistic here but I guess they invested a lot and trying to hold their coin and buying more while the price is low.

Sorry to bother with a noob question but I can't find an answer anywhere.

I generated Capricoin public/private addresses on https://walletgenerator.net/ and transferred some coins to this address for long-term storage.

Now I'd like to transfer my coins back to an exchange but I can't find a wallet that lets me import the wallet based on the private address. Anyone has a clue of how I can get a hold of my coins using the private address?

In fact, Capricoin is way way from beeing dead... It is fully alive and the dev team is working fully to develop and put it at another level, unseen before with its capripay app.

The fact is that, for some reasons , CPC team never considered interesting to update their BTC talk thread... which is actually detrimental. They are constantly informing existing members of their marketing harm about the developments of Capripay... actually with great new feature on the way to be realized again.

According to me, you can only transfer deposit CPC to a proprietary CPC wallet.

They also have an online wallet, called Capripay. You will find the link using the one I just shared.

So, just go grab the wallet and you will be able to move your CPC and start staking!

Yes, you are right that you cannot believe it... because this is simply not true ;-)

Yep, this thread does not have the attention it would deserve from the devevelopment team
but if you access their website and information channels, you will see that a lot of development
happened in the last few months, and it is still in the news for their current updates and developments.
