I had sent BTC to my account a couple days before GLSBE was shut down. I was unable to invest them in any stocks. I did submit a ticket when the site was still available to do so. How can get my BTC back?

The transfer was on 2012-10-03 @ 22:25:44 I have the transfer details.

Good explanation. I guess having someone sign some random string for boobs is far implausible than having them send 0.00123456 coins to some address.

Random string not even, especially given how low pgp literacy is. However if the string was "This is to certify that X address is to be used for Y purpose. Not valid for any other purpose" and included a good, detailed, clear, ample description of Y, the date and so forth then that'd likely work fine.

One of these has been taken care of and another is in process. If you are the owner of one of the following addresses please contact me.

17fd4pVV5u3GHrqHBc46tzoiDZJ3pMgnjJ
1BBKGnvVkyZ1sFCkZGee3RN7nxoSdm9AHT

I confirm that I received 29,34 Bitcoins from CHM to my Adress. Together with 170BC Nefario sent me out of the blue and without further information one day, this totals about 77% of the funds I had on GLBSE the day it was closed. I have no Idea how it comes to this number, but the fact that something keeps coming in, gives me hope that I might still receive some more.
I would not expect that you'll get 100% back. Pretty much every large scale investor paid a small percent back, over a long period of time, to make the creditors lose interest.

Do you mean that owners of investments have not honoured their obligations regarding the bonds or shares they issued?

You are joking, aren't you??

Most investment owners have back paid tiny fractions, many have simply disappeared or are still stalling.

It is futile to speak of liberty as long as economic slavery exists.

No, I meant TradeFortress was tarring "Pretty much every large scale" investment owner with the same brush.

I wanted to be sure a) he meant "investment owner" rather than "investor" and b) if he wanted to change that statement to "most" instead of "pretty much" or perhaps to state which large scale investment owners actually did pay investors back (and continue to do so).

It's a little unfair to people who put time and effort into maintaining their investments so investors were not significantly affected by the shutdown, at least in terms of that specific investment vehicle.

What company is still open? I thought all asset infos are sent out except for the ones that didnt pay back the double payment to nefario. If that isnt the case with you then maybe its your asset manager that ran. Some are saying that their asset managers doesnt react even though they got the info.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

Well... I am talking about the asset issued by me (ticker AA)...

It is not that a big problem since the contract was not very binding and I know most of shareholders with their numbers.

But still I'd like to receive the exact data.

I tired to contact Nefario and support, but never received a reply from them. Nor did I receive any money (my btc balance was nearly empty) or any bitcoin claims from GLBSE.

I assume the possible reason is that AA was too small... So should I wait more, or what should I do?

I thought till now that nefario had release all info. The best bet for you would be to try to get him on the phone. The number is still valid i think and sometimes people have luck to getting him on the line. But its hard to get in contact with him anyway.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

I've had no luck getting the shareholder information for MPOE.ETF via personal email, support email, or phone. Thing is, I did receive shareholder information for SS. :/

Its strange. I dont know what to do. I think many persons still wait for money from nefario too. At least Asicminer should still get 1688.188BTC from him. Thats 103,654.7432 USD at the moment. I dont know why he didnt pay back yet. Maybe he doesnt own it anymore. I cant explain but its a pity.
But why shares info isnt out completely? I mean it doesnt cost anything.

Please ALWAYS contact me through bitcointalk pm before sending someone coins.

I am still waiting for my bitcoins saved in my account for MMMining under the email address kilcondlost10@hotmail.com I have been waiting patiently for months expecting to hear something but now I guess I need to put my voice out there. Please deposit my remaining account balance in 1DaP3avvGA3vgpoAnJ5yvW1yNukPJqSZdQ. Also my account used for trading my own stocks was under the email kilcondlost3@hotmail.com and only has a few if any bitcoins on it but I would like those returned too. Both have been put in for claims when the claim site was up. Please

it's the ultimate vanity arrogance, putting your real intentions in your name and just carry on seemingly legit business..
