If someone share step by step guide on how to conduct an escrow in Unitaco system would be more helpful.
I need some specific steps guide to conduct escrow with our campaign earning.

Yes, Unitaco guide for making an escrow is more than enough.
Still, I want to write some guidelines for people who are still making questions.

How to make an escrow from existing balance in unitaco.
1. Add trust (in Account-A)
2. Split ( New voucher will be Account-B)
3. Exchange.
4. Pay. (to Account-A). -> New voucher.
5. Log in new voucher -> Unlock or wait till expiry.

If you have no balance means, you need to fund a new address.
1. New address
2. Wait for confirmations.
3. Then follow above steps.

Any corrections/modification will help to improve above procedures...

or should use unitacoescrow service to get all amount ?

If you have sent some btc to Unitaco bitcoin address, just keep your tx and address details safe.

I guess, you have exchanged your merchant ID. In that case you need to log in with new voucher code.

Anyway explain your problem to 'cbIpok' in this thread, https://asktom.cf/index.php?topic=470693.80
You will get a back your account and any btc too...
