The amount of Lisk (IOU) being traded is insignificant. Of course you get inflated prices when it only takes a handful of BTC to move the market.

If I could sell half of my 100k+ at 50 cents, I'd be overjoyed.

When you refer to passphrases and key, are you referring to the same thing if not I don't see the difference, please confirm

Yes, it's the same thing. I changed it in the OP and added another point that keys=passphrases.
