I'm not a crypto-currency developer. I can do some front-end development, but I don't call myself a developer.

Yes, 100% safe. It's a beautiful site.

no, they are acting as a broker between sellers of actual Lisk and buyers, and it begins after the mainnet launches. no IOU 'tokens'.

the minimum of 100 btc seems arbitrary. it takes no account of the price of btc at any given moment.
