We aren't taking into consideration other ICO's or coins, the team is focused on building a reliable platform. When it's ready, we will schedule a specific date

Launch date will be specified as we inch closer to the end of April (if we feel everything is ready). The fees will get adjusted, it's just a matter of figuring out the perfect balance.

If devs delay this thing again, it will be a rush to dump. I don't think they will delay again, they surely know the Bitcoin halving mania is coming and could suck the air out of every alt. They need to release in April or we all lose massive $$.

It will really affect how they will lunch the coin with the halving that is taking place soon and you are right it could suck out the life all alt coin including lisk.
