The "New Paradigm" can definitely happen if they add it to margin on Polo.  That's how ETH got to $15. Too many shorters providing ammo and getting busted. Poloniex will not miss it, they need something to move the ship, especially with the guys running out of the ETH bubble. So I hope polo will add Gamebet coin, cause if they are going to pay to sharesholders every month its going to be huge. They did already I wish they did  Personally Ive got Lisks but I did not like that yobit already stared big price manipulaton Once considerable demand was demonstrated, it's very likely to see Lisk there after launch. In fact, Yobit is being a problematic place for trade. |

hmm some movement on Yobit's IOUs, someone just bougth 15BTC worth of lisk in one go.
I see a 17.33 BTC purchase on Yobit. 17.33 at a time ? Yes, something like two hours ago... the night before someone also bought 15+btc and the day before that someone bought 50btc worth of lisk at yobit. yobit whales stocking up. They must be, no prediction of where the price of Lisk goes but I don't expect it to launch under 2$. Yeah I really expect a $2 floor at launch too. Easily $2 at launch Will not be less than $5, there is too much behind it and will be really stupid to sell below $5 I saw this earlier on #Bitcoin chat room on TradingView.com :  what's the time line for this price curve? |

[ I was just making the point that evaluating your altcoin investments using $ as a reference is kind of strange I usually trade using BTC as my reference: http://coinmarketcap.com/all/views/all/#BTCLet's say Lisk price goes from $1 to $1.75, wow, awesome gain! Oh wait, but what if BTC $ price doubled in this same time frame? Then we would actually be at a loss of BTC with our Lisk investment. This is why I don't use $ as my reference for altcoin investments. I think they should have really tried to stay on time with the coin going public. Pushing it back was done at a poor time as it was during a potential BTC up move, which we see happening. I hope BTC can go sideways till we are on the exchanges because if BTC pops, we will indeed be measured in $$$ as most coins go down via the BTC/alt ratio. |

If BTC will go up x2 then lisk devs will have x2 funds for developing, hire good coders, write dapps etc.. So lisk holders will be in huge + anyway.

I may agree with you but you should remember that everything is possible in the cryptoworld scene . I assume that 0.006 BTC will be the stating price if it will be 0.006 btc * Lisk after the launch, do you really think it will go above ripple (I'm talking about the market Cap.) ?  100'000'000 lisk * 0.006 btc = 600'000 btc ~ 258.400.000 dollars (at the current price of 430,6 dollars * btc). I don't think it's possible , most probable and realistic 0,0003 btc * lisk - after pump & dump or dump & pump.... |

In crypto most people are for fast profit Lisk has much potential you cannot know the price on launch but some investors will get out. Lisk for the long term investors will mean good profit in a period of 5 - 10 months before it reaches $5 - $7 then when there are some good Dapps $10 - $15 in a year from launch. That would mean a marketcap of around $1.000.000.000 - $1.500.000.000 i don't think that would be unrealistic. |
