Can someone in simple terms explain me how delegated POS will work for Lisk?

As I understand only 101 delegates will receive rewards, right?
They are elected based on voting. Each Lisk holder can vote for max 33 delegates with chosen supply of Lisk in his possesion?
Let's say if a person owns 10 Lisk, he can cast up to 330 votes, but no more than 10 votes per delegate?
Become these Lisk in a "locked state" while voting? How often can/should we vote? How to stop voting for a specific delegate?

I would recommend reading the Delegate Handbook and the Whitepaper section of the delegates (3. Consensus).

There's no simple way of explaining the delegate voting system. It would be much easier if you could join the lisk.chat and send a PM to @joel

Yes, marketing is very important. Max knows this well.   He did a great job marketing Lisk in the ICO phase, can't wait to see after launch.

Bitcointalk was the backbone for the community we needed to succeed, but we need more, much much more after Launch.

The target is developers, developers and more developers. Sadly, it seems as if asktom.cf is more trading oriented (moon! rocket! start your engines!) than developer oriented.

Now, don't get me wrong, we will be here for quite some time Don't forget your roots!

I wonder who do they think invested in the coin in the first place. And made the whole ICO success happen. I bet thousands of regular users, not a few whales that came with the wave. Also trolls kept the thread always on top of the forum. And especially those dummies who were trying to convince everybody during ICO that Lisk is overpriced but instead were raising more and more attention to Lisk

people think what I did here was dumb but I bet my actions made MANY new people aware of LISK since the end of the ICO who are now FOMOing at the mouth for lisk.

Regular Non-Coder people still have money and uhhh that's the thing that raises the price of your investment.  Nerd brains can only take it so far.

I don't remember any particular username. I meant those who thought that the less BTC is invested - the larger ROI is waiting for them. It was stupid on several layers.
1. The whole idea is stupid. More ICO money = more ROI, not less.
2. The idea that their actions might possibly change anything and scare off people from investing is even more stupid. Megalomania of small people.
3. All they actually have done is helped keeping thread higher on the forum. That's it.
