Reasons why I think this Lisk hype is overhyped;

- Lisk is not the only game in town, ofcourse there is Ethereum, and now recently Rise as well

- Ethereum had a huge marketing campaign drawing in investors from outside the crypto community, Lisk is mainly focused on the crypto community

- There is a limited amount of money being pumped into crypto, currently there are a lot of ICO's, meaning competition

- I see a lot of hype but no constructive talk about Lisk technology, which is basically a bad sign

Don't get me wrong, I think Lisk will see a nice profit, just don't believe it will go the Ethereum way, maybe in the very long run...

Thanks for the links, don't get me wrong I think Lisk technology is innovative and revolutionairy, but if 90 percent of the posts here are like "Lisk 10 dollar when it hits Polo" etc. it just sounds desperate and scammy to me. Instead what Lisk needs are crypto headlines about partnerships, future plans, expansion of the Lisk team etc. So to me, yes Lisk has a good basis to grow and keep growing, but I think at this stage when it hits the exchange it does not (yet) deserve the same status as Ethereum, far from it. But Lisk ICO was only 6 million, so if market cap goes to 60 million there is already 10x profit, so all in all yes I think gains will be made for ICO investors, but Lisk still has got to prove itself.

Yeah, once the thread is not moderated the excess of rockets, trains and moons is fault of the users, with trolls and FUDDERS spamming it too.

Those buying LISK for $1 and higher are in for a nasty surprise ... ! Unless LISK reaches a higher value on the long term. $1 is roughly 150x the ICO 'price' I think ... ?

Whenever someone says 'I thibk' I assume they are idiots. 99% correct, since you are off by a factor of 10x in your thinking.  $1 is closer to 10x ICO

We already hired a PR agency, as you can see on our website.

JavaScript developers are not interested in dedicating their time to developing Apps for unknown platforms with no user base.

Waiting until September will actually hurt Lisk's chances at gaining market share and popularity.

If Lisk launches as scheduled at end of May, by September it will have a wide user base and an army of Javascript developers by then.

Don't forget that Lisk is built on Crypti platform that's been in development for 2 years.
