Correction back to 0.2 USD could be very interesting market move.
But it wont happen if recent news will find a confirmation in the meaning of successful implementation of technology. All of the recent announcements/rumors (MoneyGram, SBI, Santander, American Express etc) had no crucial impact on the XRP price.

But I would bet that "correction" to 0.2 will make people buy XRP like a hot cakes.

Ripple is becoming more and more popular with aggressive cooperation with banks. That increases the ripple's value. But basically the ripple was technically perfect. It gives extremely fast and reliable delivery rates. A crypto currency that wants to add value needs more worthwhile upgrades. ripple just a lot of cooperation. By the way, I want to ask the offline download of Ripple wallet?

I hope you're right. I too bought ripples at like 20 cents. To me it's a miracle it reached that crazy ATH, it's not worth that IMHO. Sadly Bitstamp was holding mine and prevented me from selling them. I sold the ones that weren't locked at $2.5 and I think I made a good deal.

I just.. don't see why banks would need it.. I don't believe in all that marketing bs, and I believe it went up artificially. But hey again, my wallet hopes I'm wrong & you're right.

I have also bought mine at $0.08. I have sold some of mine already last month when its price was still $2.50 which I got back my capital for this investment and some profit. I still have more to keep which is also something to really watch out. I am not sure when to buy back because the price keeps dipping still. I saw the price even drop to 0.90 so its no surprise to see it goes down that low too.

Ripple fell seriously. Bitcoin is a little collective. I think Ripple is going to be fast for $ 1. But do you see much higher prices? I do not think so. Realistic goals need to be put.

At one moment I had 70% of my portfolio in XRP, and as thats not healthy situation, I sold for EUR on Bitstamp and lowered it to 30%,
and now bought some LTC, ETH and also bought enough XRP to have same amount as I had few months ago.

So now I have same XRP, with some added ETH and LTC

Where you see my mistake?

I don't think there are banks who already sold at a lower price, what they would do however is to buy more now that they knew all can be manipulated by dip of price and simple fud. I could increase my xrp holdings nicely and still believe this coin is the most valuable one in terms of utility! However it seems that btc will remain as the „gold standard“ for quite a while and I ask myself what it needs for xrp to overcome.. just top of the crypto world? Is this it?

SBI VC is a first brick for a wall to separate from BTC, also, wait when plans with hedge & custody will start working out. It will bring more clearer distinction from BTC.

Also keep in mind, BTC marketing was here since 2010, XRP started only mid last year.

It was not only Ripple that fell but just about every other altcoin took a nosedive. I think it will recover but it will take many weeks, more likely a few months, to recover but (time to buy some more)..
